The room was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The food was good. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. A special mention to Kamal - he was exceptionally helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile. His service truly stood out. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Very good hotel. Very good staff. Reception staff, hotel leadership is very cooperative. Room was also very good. Had all amenities. Hotel cooperated in all possible way. All staff are very friendly, polite, helpful. They helped me a lot in handling luggage, and parking my vehicle. |Bathroom in room was also very good.|Breakfast was also very good I would say, buy if slightly improved, customers will greatly appreciate. |I would like to thank all staff. This hotel offers a budget friendly stay with exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff.the service go out of their way to make guest feel comfortable. While the rooms are smaller than expected. They are clean and well maintained making it great option for solo travelers. If you are looking for cozy and affordable stay with great hospitality this is nice choice

We were there in Mumbai to attend Coldplay concert and were worried about getting a decent room which is pretty closer to the Concert place. The Manager of the hotel was kind enough to provide us 2 rooms for 2 nights for a decent price inspite of the high demand for hotel rooms during that time. Service was good and rooms were well maintained. Breakfast didn't seem pleasing so we had to eat at someother restaurant. I personally felt that the rooms are too small and the surrounding area isn't that good.

I stayed this hotel about 10 days I seen more than 5 hotels around kurla west hotel zillion executive is the best hotel and if I come back Mumbai I will come back right here hotel zillion executive. The services is very good, and all the hotel employees are great.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with small requests like boiling eggs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, my stay was ruined by loud cleaning right next to my room after midnight, with music playing. Despite asking the staff and calling reception multiple times, including speaking to the night manager (I believe his name was Mussa), the noise continued. Even after the music was lowered, the cleaning itself was extremely loud with constant banging. Unfortunately, they didn't stop, disrupting sleep. Very disappointing.

It`s very good Hotel, Service is very good especially the Staffs are very cooperative..... Just want to thank Sangeeta a front office staff who was very friendly and kind....
