Hotel Zara International

I recently stayed at Hotel Zara International in Mumbai's Andheri East, and overall, it was a pleasant experience for a budget-conscious traveler. The hotel's prime location, just 1.9 miles from Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, makes it an excellent choice for those needing a convenient stopover or short stay. Its proximity to the Saki Naka Metro (1.1 km) and key attractions like Powai Lake (3.7 miles) adds to its appeal for both business and leisure travelers. The property is new and well-maintained, with clean rooms and modern amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were courteous, attentive, and quick to assist with request. The rooms, while compact, are tidy and equipped with comfortable beds, a fridge, and a kettle, making them suitable for short stays. However,I noticed occasional maintenance, such as slow water flow in the bathroom. The absence of an elevator and steep stairs could be challenging for senior citizens or those with heavy luggage. The surrounding area, while busy and accessible, can feel a bit chaotic, and the hotel's exterior doesn't look particularly inviting due to nearby construction. Overall, Hotel Zara International offers good value for money, It's ideal for travelers seeking affordability, proximity to the airport, and decent service, but those looking for luxury or spacious rooms might want to explore other options. I'd recommend it for short stays, especially for solo travelers or family .

We had a wonderful stay. We were one family with six females mums and daughters. The rooms were excellent and very clean as per the pictures mentioned on the website. The service of the staff was so good and always with a smile. THANK YOU FIROZE for your all your support . We would recommend this Hotel for FAMILIES and Individuals . Very safe place to stay. My family and I have spent 2 weeks at the hotel. We have an excellent stay and good support from the owner and Bhai Feroz team. The owner is a very humble person and we thank him for all his unflinching support. Highly recommended with close amenities. Restaurant is just opposite the hotel and shops are nearby.

They have decreased the standard of providing service. They made us wait for half an hour and then asked to checkin in a room we did not book. We booked a double room for 2 people and they provided us some disgusting low budget room with 2 small beds. We reached well on check-in time and still we were asked to cancel booking if we can't adjust with the room they provided. If you are checking in for the first time , they will pretend to be nice just for review and later they will show their true face.

Everything was very clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly and kind. If you will decided to stay more nights ( like we did, cause this hotel is really very good) just do it thru booking.com, cause on the spot it is more expensive... They will also ask you very often to write review, just be ready :DD but this hotel is really good deal, and deserve nice one..

This is a great pick for a budget hotel. The two gentlemen at the reception are welcoming and always there to greet you with a wide smile. Check-in was smooth; they even offer you a welcome drink! The location is quite decent, and very near to T2 and fairly near to T1. The rooms are basic, but bigger than what I've found in most other similarly (or even higher priced) hotels in Mumbai. The room has mood lighting, the bathroom doesn't feel claustrophobic and has a nice LED mirror. However, there were some cobwebs in the open wardrobe, you don't get a window, and there is no lift. Another downside is that the mattress is spring (the old fashion kind and not bonnel spring); so you don't get much back support. But these are fairly minor inconveniences that are easy to overlook given the price and the location. If I need a basic room near the airport, I'll definitely book this hotel again.
