However, the bathroom is surprisingly big and clean, which adds some comfort to the stay. The room is well-lit, with multiple lighting options that create a cozy atmosphere. Though compact, the room is equipped with all basic amenities including a TV, AC, and a mini fridge. The staff is courteous and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience. If you're okay with smaller rooms and prioritize location and cleanliness, Hotel The Cattleya offers good value for money.

"An Unforgettable Luxury Experience!" From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff was incredibly welcoming, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The room was elegantly designed, with breathtaking views and top-notch amenities. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom felt like a private spa. The dining experience was exceptional--every meal was a masterpiece, prepared with the finest ingredients. The hotel's facilities, including the infinity pool and spa, were nothing short of perfection. What truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable service. Every request was met with a smile, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. This was more than just a stay--it was an experience of pure luxury. We can't wait to return.

Extremely Disappointed with Lady Receptionist- Avoid if Possible! Our experience at Hotel Cattelya was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We had a confirmed booking through EaseMyTrip, but when we arrived at the property, we were shocked to find out that it had been cancelled without any prior notice. We were left standing outside the hotel with all our luggage for over an hour, completely clueless and stressed. What made matters worse was the receptionist's behavior. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude, unapologetic, and full of attitude. Instead of helping us or even showing basic courtesy, she blamed EaseMyTrip for "paying less to the hotel" and flatly refused to accommodate us. Her tone and lack of hospitality were shocking - not what you'd expect from someone in the hospitality industry. This kind of unprofessionalism that lady has and sheer disregard for guests is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you're willing to risk your booking being cancelled last-minute and being treated poorly. Next time we booked from Goibibo at same price and this time the booking was confirmed but again our experience with the lady at the reception of Hotel Cattelya was absolutely terrible. We ordered food from the hotel restaurant at 12:30 PM, and even by 2:00 PM, it hadn't been prepared. When we called the reception to check, the lady - with zero courtesy or explanation - told us it would be delayed even further. No apology, no reason, just pure arrogance. Instead of trying to help or show even a hint of hospitality, she casually cancelled our order. Her attitude was beyond unprofessional - full of arrogance, dismissiveness, and zero sense of guest service. She acted like doing her job was a burden. I've never come across someone in the hospitality industry so rude and indifferent. If you're expecting basic manners and service, don't count on this place. That receptionist truly ruins the whole experience.

Had a very bad experience staying here 1) they have not provided anything they mentioned on MMT as included, no toiletries/fridge. They won't even provide ice bucket instead asked us to zepto it ourselves. 2) Room is very small, you can hardly walk around and full of cockroach and mosquitos. Sanitization is zero. 3) Do not take included breakfast as timing is 830am to 10am and they only have paratha curd, bread butter cheese and tea. They did not even have milk to provide tea on time once 1st serving was over. 4) The staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. They will not provide anything if requested. Asked for extra pay for early check-in even though it was complimentary from MMT. Asked to get out own toileteries and ice when requested. Asked if we are anyway checking out when we showed cockroaches in the room. Room was not ready for 2 and had someone's underwear hanging in the bathroom. No value for money, I do not recommend this place

My stay at Cattelya Hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. the overall experience was great. I would love to visit again. Thank you for the great experience!

Extremely Rude Lady Receptionist - Unpleasant Experience The receptionist at Hotel Cattelya completely ruined our experience. She was unbelievably rude, kept making faces while talking, and showed no sense of hospitality at all. Her arrogant attitude made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. It's shocking to see someone with such behavior working in the hospitality industry. Definitely not the kind of service any guest deserves.

My family stay at The Cattleya was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and provided the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, ensuring everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. I also found the hotel to be incredibly safe, which made my family feel at ease and enjoy our time together even more. A special thank you to all managers and the entire staff for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism. Their friendly and attentive service truly made our visit memorable. The Cattleya is the perfect choice for families seeking comfort, safety, and top-notch service. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

The Hotel is situated in a market place so that's good and bad both. It doesn't have a parking space. Looks impressive from the outside but enter the room and you realise its Mumbai where space is at a premium. Tiny rooms, most of them without windows. Bathroom was clean and good. No basic toileteries provided. Breakfast was in a box given in the room as they said dining area being renovated. That was meh. Overall, an average place considering the budget.
