Hotel The Adore Palace

We had an extremely disappointing experience with both the hotel staff and Fab Hotels. We had booked a "premium" room with one double bed and one single bed for 3000 through Fab Hotels. However, they started cleaning the room upon our arrival, and after waiting for room for so long, we found that the AC and flush were not working. When we requested a room change, we were shifted to a room with only one double bed, and even there, the AC was literally tied up. Rooms with one double bed cost way less in the website. Despite sharing pictures as evidence, Fab Hotels claimed they couldn't identify any issues. To make matters worse, the room had a terrible stench due to the open sewage running in front of the hotel. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because the AC still wasn't functioning, and the conditions were unbearable. Please don't fall for their misleading claims.

It's a scam! Please avoid this place. We booked looking at the online photos, the hotel we booked was "Hotel Airport INTL" but when we reached here they said that the hotel name has changed. We travelled so so long and reached Mumbai in the midnight around 1am and we were horrified by looking at the entrance. No proper car parking, this property is on top of gutter, extremely foul smell, rooms are dirty and not cleaned at all, washrooms were stinking. We had worst experience, we definitely didn't wanted to stay here after looking at all this. We lost our advance money and the owner didn't even return instead they asked us to pay more to compensate for their loss. Horrible experience.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. While I didn't expect luxury, I did expect basic comfort and functional amenities, and this hotel failed on many fronts. Cons: AC Not Working: The air conditioning in the room wasn't working at all. Despite several complaints to the front desk, they didn't resolve the issue, and I ended up sweating through the night. It was incredibly uncomfortable, especially since the weather was hot and humid. Dirty Room: The room was not properly cleaned. There were stains on the bedspread, and the bathroom had mold and grime around the edges of the tiles. Uncomfortable Bed: The mattress was old and sagging, and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. I couldn't get a good night's sleep. Noisy: The room was very noisy, both from outside and from neighboring rooms. The thin walls made it impossible to sleep peacefully. Limited Amenities: There were no extras like toiletries, no extra blankets or pillows, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Unfriendly Staff: The staff was not welcoming or helpful. They seemed uninterested when I reported the AC issue, and nothing was done to improve my stay. Overall: This hotel is not worth the price. The broken AC, dirty room, uncomfortable bed, and lack of basic amenities made my stay miserable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would suggest paying a little more for somewhere more comfortable and reliable.

These staff members do not cooperate at all worst services. They extra charge for an over where we checked in one hour late due to which they extorted extra charge. Plus additional if you book from third party booking apps they don't respect and rather say you paid a very less amount and we didn't hot any much profit. They don't provide basic toiletries such as towels and soaps they expect a room of two people to share one towel and if we ask and additional towel they would say you paid very little amount how do you expect extra. After asking thrice they provided a basic soap. I would say these hotel doesn't deserve to exist.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at The Adore Palace, Safed Pool, Andheri East, Mumbai. The hotel was in a terrible condition, and I had a distressing experience. Firstly, the hotel is located next to a large open gutter, and my room (No. 101) had a strong foul odor, making it unbearable to stay. The unhygienic conditions caused me to feel extremely unwell, and I even vomited blood due to the overnight stay. Additionally, the toilet was infested with cockroaches, making it worse than a public restroom. It is unacceptable that such a property is listed in popular booking platforms. If a hotel receives consistently poor reviews, the booking site should verify its quality before allowing further bookings. This experience has severely damaged my trust in those booking platform, and I urge them to take immediate action to prevent others from suffering a similar ordeal. Would appreciate your earliest action in this regard.

I had booked this hotel online through Trip.com. After a 10-hour flight, I arrived at the hotel at 10 PM. When I informed them about my booking, they completely denied having any record of it. Always confirm your reservation before arriving at the hotel. I had to book another room at a much higher price. They are scammers--avoid this hotel at all costs. It was the worst experience. The rooms were extremely dirty, and the entire hotel was filthy. Very unprofessional staff, and there were cockroaches everywhere.

1/5 Worst Hotel Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I had a terrible experience at Hotel The Adore Palace. The manager, Ashfak Shaikh, was extremely rude and unprofessional, even trying to force me to pay extra money using fake excuses. His behavior was completely unacceptable, and at times, he appeared intoxicated. The rooms were in horrible condition - the AC didn't work, there was a strong gutter smell, and it was too noisy to get any rest. The service staff was decent, but the management ruined the entire stay. This place is a scam, and they will find ways to steal your hard-earned money. Stay away from this hotel if you value your peace and security. Fab Hotels should seriously reconsider listing such a property. Would never recommend this place to anyone!

Filthy, smelling rooms. The room was full of mosquitoes and the washroom had cockroaches crawling around!!! Rude staff. Was told before booking that there was ample parking in front of the hotel, was told there was a lot of space to walk my dog as it was supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. NO SPACE TO WALK THE DOG- STRAYS ATTACKED MINE FROM ALL SIDES! PARKING SPACE FOR ONLY 1 CAR!!! WAS YOLD YO PARK IN A SIDE STREET BECAUSE THERE WAS 1 CAR ALREADY PARKED THERE!!
