Hotel Solitaire, Mumbai

Pathetic management. It is the worst hotel I ever visited with no proper services. Bathrooms are stinking and water issues. No hygiene is maintained. Also we had book for triple occupancy but there was no space for extra bed also.|Also during check out they charged us extra amount of hotel. It is quite disappointing that for a small amount of 420, we have to make such continuous efforts. The matter is very clear that we checked in on 15th around 11:00 AM, yet the bill in question is dated 2:30 AM the same day, which is clearly before our check-in.|Despite our repeated follow-ups over the past week, the issue remains unresolved. They can easily fool you during check-in & check-out. You need to be careful.

Worst people at the reception. They don't respect anyone. They behave like they own the place and the customer is begging for rooms and services. Kunal has no manners in customer communication. He thinks he is cool when he disrespects the customer with his worst communication skills. The housekeeping staff also has no clear idea about their hotel services like laundry, water bottles etc. Receptionists will try hard for charging the customer with any sort of services used even when it was promised as free during the check-in. Pls be careful about all these and get these confirmed in writing. Otherwise, they will just start blame game and they accuse u. Kunal is an expert in this. 0 star experience just because of Kunal.

We stayed for over 2 weeks at the hotel. The service, room and location is superb. The only big disappointment was we were charged 300rs for transfer to the airport by Priyanka Pandey whereas we were later informed it was free of charge. Hope the management could look to this matter.

Their ACs don't work. Receptionists are pathetic and don't care at all. The staff and the owners of the hotel are sleeping peacefully in their air conditioned rooms in this summer heat while we customers are melting in here. I'm writing this at 4 in the morning after an all night brawl with the management. They just don't seem to care. Absolutely horrible service.

It was bit of a noisy room due to on towards the roadside. Split AC and room fan was making constant noise. Staff was helpfull and couteous. At that cost, hotel is gud. I will recommend.

At the time of checkin, I had to choose between two rooms. One was more stinky than the other. Ceiling fan and AC made lot of noise. Ash stray in the room meant that they let their guests smoke in the room. At the time of checkin I was not asked if I would prefer nonsmoking room. I guess this could be in serious violation of health related local city code.

Overall a decent place for the Stay neat and tidy rooms, it will give old days charm of Mumbai. Vegetarian Food is really good.

Been to Mumbai so many times, never got this quality room and service with breakfast at this cost. Used this for TMM this year and would recommend even with family, I saw a lot of families having breakfast.
