Hotel Sea View

***DO NOT STAY HERE - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED*** Here's a rundown of issues, I NEVER complain but this place is so bad I needed a thorough review to warn others. This place has safety, comfort and hygiene issues! - No TV, slimy guy at desk tried to fix, got one station to work and acted like everything is ok -No hot water. It ran, just never got warm -Guy from front desk took my AC remote because they needed it for another room, yes that's right, he told me only one remote for entire hotel. Never got it back, room AC was barely on -59 steps to get to motel, not a big deal for me, was a little annoying at times but could be a dealbreaker for others. No elevator. -Dirty linens. Also towel was like sandpaper. I feel dirty being here, checking out after 3 nights, I've stayed at lots of budget places before but this one is the worst one ever -Last but not least - when I came back to my room last night MY DOOR WAS UNLOCKED!!!! No explanation from front desk, they actually tried to gaslight and blame me and said I didn't lock it. This is complete BS. I actually had purchased expensive jewelry for my wife and hid it because I didn't trust them. I do not believe anything was stolen but I feel completely violated. There are so many places to stay around here, you would be better off at any of them!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST!! BOOK IF YOU WANNA GET SCAM. The hotel manager will overcharge you for everything, and if you deny it, they'll start screaming and shouting. The bathroom was full of insects and dirty pot, bucket and sink. I chose this hotel bcoz I was in Mumbai for just one night...and will not suggest anyone to chose this hotel.

Hotel is in a good location close to gate way of India. Very small rooms. Pathetic service. No towel or water provided by them. Very rude behavior. Book this place only on an emergency

The hotel is very good location. Close to tourist roads and shopping areas, very easy to walk to. We booked a deluxe room. But the room is small. There is very little space left for walking.The staff have good manners, good service, but the hotel is too small for leaving luggage before checking in. Or after checking out, there are no stairs. You have to carry your luggage up many flights of stairs. But we were happy to use the hotel that is next to the tourist attractions of Mumbai.

Worst experience ever!!! It is an abandoned building with no lifts. Hotel on second floor. The reception is close to the rooms and it's very noisy. You can hear people talking outside all the time. No tea coffee water or kettle provided. When asked for water, they will charge more than MRP and take 2-3 reminders to deliver it. Washroom is really small and infested with earthworms. It doesn't have any space to keep your stuff like hand-wash etc. Need to keep it on flush tank. Hand wash bottle was empty. They gave me soap and towel after I requested them. Nothing else was provided. There were shouting noises from men at 1 AM in night and me and my sister were scared. The drawers had something sticky so we could not use them as well. TV was for show. It didn't even turn on. View of sea is covered by trees. So it's just a name. No view whatsoever. Not at all recommended. Be safe!!!!

No stars ,very rude ,idiot and illiterate staff always ready to fight. There is no lift and hotel is on 2nd floor, no assistance for luggage. Even basic facilities are not available . Rooms are very small and dirty. Overall very bad experiance

Fraud, unhealthy, unhygienic hotel in a dangerous and illegal old dead building with the BMC notice of demolishion since 2018. Filthy, stinky rooms and bathroom. Please beware of these hotel. I made a mistake by booking without proper homework. Not even windows in the room. I had to pay 1000/- extra by force for a window.

Worst experience...not a proper hotel. It's a hotel opened at an old building nearby Taj and Gateway of India. Hotel opened at some flat on 2nd floor, no lift, no assistance for luggage, entrance looks like an abandoned building. No space in rooms too, no hot water or ever tea, leave breakfast. Worst staff...refused to refund the amount. And when we were clicking pictures for reviews, staff behaved in disgusting manner. There sofa is placed just 1.5feet distance from our room gate. Bathroom too disgusting. And no sea view, just a slight view from the window. Not recommended at all.
