recently stayed , and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. The service was incredibly disappointing. The staff in the morning were unhelpful and unfriendly, making the check-in process unpleasant.The room itself was in terrible condition. It was not clean at all, with dust and dirt clearly visible on the surfaces. The toilet was broken, and despite informing the staff, it was never fixed during my stay. To make matters worse, the lights in the room kept blinking, making it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably.Overall, my stay atwas extremely unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

My recent stay at was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel had severe issues.The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Any requests or concerns were met with indifference or outright hostility. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking.The room was in appalling condition. The restroom was filthy and in dire need of maintenance. To make matters worse, there was no WiFi available, which was a significant inconvenience.The most horrifying part of my stay was discovering bloodstains on the bedsheets. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable and raises serious health concerns.Overall, my experience was horrendous. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Worst experience with staff, no wifi available, it's shows wifi bt once we reach to room wifi shuts, worst restroom , not at all recommended, no cleanings, staff don't response over room call

The hotel is good for couples. But don't expect rooms as shown in the images. Service is not up to the mark. Welcome is nice. But the staff at the counter is not that understanding or cooperative. Your questions will not be answered. Rooms are high budget if you go for a few hours (2-3-4 hrs). But if you want to spend 12hrs it is very affordable.

It is very good for unmarried couple for short time I have. Many time experience for short time ...good staff good service clean room good bed

They gave us(2ppl) a towel to bath and it had women hair stuck in it , charged 30 for a water bottle , did not give us even a brush/ tooth paste/ room had no soaps / all rooms around us were under construction so we could here all the workers and there tools , we could hear ppl next to our room using their washroom flush and showers , when i reviewed one of the employees at reception about soaps and all things he replied u could have told us that u didnt get those things in a rude way3000 for that kinda service and behaviour was not worth it:(

Hotel & it's very near by station but staff is not good at all they beheave very rude & 2 service guys are too much greedy they taking double charge for 1 pck of cigg any other like breakfast nd all staff is not good not worth it don't go Any other this this near by station Go for Avirahi hotel best staff rooms & service are like 5 star
