Hotel Sai residency

Room is just 8 x 8 feet wide. no space to move beside the bed. very cozy rooms. I selected with breakfast plan, but hotel is not giving any breakfast. waste of money. room was smelly and smoke smell was there. terrible sakinaka location with no nearby food places. The hotel is beside a trash collection area, very smelly. very noisey area they don't even provide a proper bill also, only MMT tax invoice available. I think MMT needs to see which hotel they are indexing and or even they are a part of this scam.

I have given 5 star for all of them as i really enjoyed the service and hospitality of the staff ( Deepak in the counter was extremely well behaved and well mannered) it's a very well maintained hotel with great higenic rooms.

Hotel is overall good. The rooms are small yet clean and comfortable...location is a bit weird because there's water logging when it rains heavily. ( as I went in the monsoon season). Food you have to get from outside.. during rains you can't even go out due to water logging.

Excellent service and good staff.... Nice location at best price...

Worst service staff here are not cooperative don't book at any cost
