Recently stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel,Malad which is conveniently located close to office, making it an ideal choice for business travelers. The rooms are elegantly designed with tasteful decor and exceptionally comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful stay. A notable addition is the smart TV equipped with OTT platforms, perfect for unwinding after a long day.||While the room view was fairly modest and the food offerings could use some enhancement in terms of variety and flavor, the overall experience was pleasant. The hotel strikes a fine balance between comfort and functionality, making it a reliable option for both short and extended stays. The staff are courteous and humble.
We booked a table at Lemon Tree Malad Citrus Cafe, for my in-laws to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they had an absolutely wonderful experience! The service was impeccable--staff members were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make the evening special. The food was delicious, with a great variety of flavors that my in-laws thoroughly enjoyed. What truly stood out was the extra effort made by the restaurant to provide special desserts on my request and personally congratulate them on their children's anniversary. This thoughtful gesture made the celebration even more memorable. A big thank you to the entire team for such a delightful experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a welcoming ambiance!
It was an amazing experience the staff is extremely helpful and genuine. Ms shubhangi is the best host one would have. She always makes us feel like we are home. She is definitely one of the reasons we visit here very frequently. Highly recommended place with great ambience lovely food and the most humble staff.
Recently visited Sai Palace Hotel, well known for its buffet lunch and dinner. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the service was polite. However, I felt the seating arrangement was a bit cramped and could be more spacious for a comfortable dining experience. Hope they work on improving that.
Availed buffet at the hotel. The food and the varieties were worth it and we absolutely enjoyed the food. Have given low rating because of the staff member - The Captain "Mr. Kartik" who is not so helpful, not professional, not kind and looks like he doesn't know what hospitality really means. He was not so supportive and only said "no" to our basic special requests. He should understand his guests and learn how to treat them.
We had gone for a breakfast buffet and it was the worst experience of my life till date. We paid 675 per person, but it isn't just about the money. The manager and the waiters are rude, disinterested and unhospitable. The ambience is blah and boring. The variety in the buffet spread is not worth the money paid. But what ticked me off was It was about 10.20-25am (they close their buffet at 10.30), and while We were still eating, they gradually started shutting off the lights and began with their cleaning and vaccumming. I let it slide cz we were anyway very unhappy with our experience and wanted to get out soon too, but we were still eating. And then one of the managers kept coming "we need to close we need to close to prepare for lunch time!!! " and then I had to finally give it back to him. We were paid customers, were not there for free food! Overall, It was a very bad experience. I don't know about the rooms, but the restaurant is boring, dingy, lifeless and full of rude and uninterested staff! Don't waste your money for food in this place!
Other than the food, this hotel property is pretty average. Hotel staff need to be more responsive and attentive. Rooms are average. No hand towels being provided. Shampoo and body wash are very average quality. Switch buttons inside the room are not user friendly. You have to keep pressing them again and again to turn on or off the lights. Iron and iron board not provided in the room despite repeated reminders. If food hadn't been good here, this place would have been dead long time ago. The location of the hotel is not very convenient too, not a single retail shop or general store in the vicinity. Front desk needs to be more responsive as well. They don't take the calls at the first attempt many times. And also ask the customer to dial the other number if any help is required which can not be fulfilled by the front desk. Ideally they should be calling the other team themselves. Only 2 water bottles were provided in the room per day. If you ask for any more, they will charge for it. When I refused the bottles, even then they charged me, irrespective of the fact whether I had signed the bill or not. This was noticed at checkout. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't bother arguing with them. Not the kind of service I was expecting from these people. They need to improve big time. In short, I am not advising this hotel property for stay purpose to anyone who I know. For food or buffet service, I might advise, but that too at their own risk.
