HOTEL ROYAL RESIDENCY

I recently visited on 1 Dec 2024 for a mumbai trip and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff is very chill and accommodating. However, I encountered an issue with their Wi-Fi. Although my phone detected their Wi-Fi connection, the staff informed me that they don't offer Wi-Fi access to guests. Everything else was good, but I have a couple of suggestions for improvement. They should clean the bedsheets and blankets more frequently and ensure that the surrounding areas of the pods are well-maintained. Its best for solo travelers Decent for couples And if you are more then 3-4 people then you should go for Hotels .

In dormitory section their are very high amount of bed bugs (khatmal) u can't even sleep well here. Also lockers hight is very low, around 10-12 inch in height, For bag with big size, u can't keep it in locker. They provide u lock & key without any extra charge. Also doors are closed n locked in the dormitory section at night, but I can call reception to unlock it. Near the CSTM station, the washrooms are not clear, and the rates are very decent at 350. Rooms rates are a little bit higher according to the service & room provided 2000 minimum. But room's conditions are not that good.

Rooms are too little with no windows but price is high. Rooms were not clean enough.I found cockroaches in the room. Not value for money. Location is very good though. GATE WAY of India is 2km away and CSMT is at walkable distance.

Royal residency near CSMT railway station.... "Special thanks to Mr. Hussain & Mr. Shamim" 1.its 2min walking distance from CMST Railway station... 2.This residency provide domatry & Rooms both in very reasonable prices.. 3. I saw there domatry which cost 350 for 24hrs.which ok if you are not staying more than 8hrs ... 4. I choose one basic room for two days which charges 2000. AC ,TV, Fan,cuboard all basic item except washroom is common for same floor ... I will recommend this place staff at reception Mr.Hussain & Mr.shamim was polite & well behaved....

Can't say that it's good but not even bad if you look at its price. I spent three nights and each night costs 1100 Rupees. Rooms are small and washroom is not attached. Washroom is shared between three rooms. But its value for money as CSMT railway station is at walkable distance and lots of bus stops are nearby this hotel. Staff is polite and friendly. Room service is quick.

Please dont go for this 3rd class rooms . no services. Bad behavior from staff. Ac not working properly. If u want ruin your trip then go for this hotel

Not good.. Very hot in inside. Ac they will on in night time after 10 o'clock and off before 8 o'clock. 3 bathroom are there.. 2 bathrooms locked and remaining bathroom is using everyone that's very dirty. Staffs don't know how to handle customers..

Value for money stay near CST Railway station, Fort, Mumbai Near to Kabutar Khana Helpful staff, great service
