Hotel Ripon Palace

Staff is good but the front desk executive is not supportive. I asked for bath towel they refused to give us the towel. Instead they said we give towel only one time. No hand towel. Service is very slow. Location is also average. If you book the room, you must ask them about the services. Because you already paid the money so their behavior is like "Bhaad me jao tum"

I'm from the North East, I've been in a lot of hotels, but, this hotel has something special, I'm surprised to see the rooms, the interior & the cleanness of the hotel at this price, the manager is really nice & the staffs are really polite! I'm having a good time here! PS- the food is good

The staff is very unprofessional, don't book this hotel if you are planning to travel with female friends. The staff judges the customers like its 90s era. I had very bad experience as I was not aware that they don't allow unmarried couples. I was left hanging to look of other options even it I have paid the amount & you will not get any kind of refund for their backward thinking.

We stayed there for 2 nights with Family. It was a very good experience. The Staff were really very polite and ready to help. Which is really Appreciable

These people are scammers.Dont call in the number that is given in the image they are fraud.They ask you to send money and then they ask extra money due to some server issue.They started shouting and cursing and yelling.worst ever .Don't ever call the number We have raised a complaint against this fraud,as they were so confident about go to cyber crime go to police station and complain.

Very small and costly rooms ! Common Facility space for customers,although clean ones and ample of staff to assist Better try to get room booked online for better discount

If you are a budget conscious traveller, then this place is ideal. Rooms are a bit tiny but if you are on a business trip, then they are adequate. Staff are great, very helpful. Overall, a good experience

U have book through online rooms are too small dog also can't stay there I paid extra amount also he said i can't get GST Invoice for that but till now he didn't sent and that hotel area also too worst Red Light Area we can't take our family to that hotel
