Excellent service and first class cleanliness, food was good, rooms are very clean and tidy! Staffs are very friendly and nice to us. Would definitely come back for a second stay! Highly recommended! Hotel is very well maintained and taken care of!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional support and hospitality we received during our recent stay at the Grand Hotel for my wedding celebrations. Our guests were absolutely delighted with the exquisite cuisine, the comfort of the rooms, and the inviting ambiance of the hotel. Your attention to detail made our experience truly unforgettable. We booked 13 rooms for our friends and family who traveled to attend my wedding festivities, and they were all extremely pleased with their accommodations and the delicious meals served. A special mention goes to Kaitan, who was incredibly helpful and cooperative from the initial booking through to our guests' departure. Our guests consistently remarked on the cleanliness of the hotel and the warm hospitality, which added to their comfort and enjoyment. Our stay was really good and the staff was really co operative. Shout out to the bookings and accounts team for their prompt response. Huge shout to Mr. Kaitan Kumbhar for hosting us and making our stay really comfortable. Kudos to him for ensuring a smooth check in and check out during our stay.

The hotel was very impressive - we got a very warm welcome with a cool lemonade. The water in the shower were warm, we even got a dental kit. We got a kettle with tea, coffee, sugar and creamer. The room was clean and organized. The breakfast was great - they make you omelette on the spit and there's a barista! The room was small but that was the only con.

The guesture was nice good food and the staff was very polite . I had a nice experience. The rooms were clean and upto mark as shown. The breakfast was good nice variety of food. Overall experience was nice.I will recommend you to go to this hotel.

The perfect place to stay in Mumbai! We had a lovely time as we had come for a wedding. Right on the highway, amazing & prompt staff, great food and the manager Mr. Kaitan, made our stay so much fun! And the breakfast was delicious. This is going to be my go-to hotel. Would recommend 10/10.

Had booked 17 club rooms. The rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. Carters more towards the corporate crowd but Good stay option for anybody at a decent price. 20 minutes from the airport. Helpful staff. Good food. Must consider.
