Hotel Powai Residency

Very good hotel and stap service verry nice

Extremely Disappointed - I made a reservation at Powai Residency Hotel well in advance on 2nd Jul for my wife's MPSC typing exam on July 11th. We paid an advance as requested. However, despite confirming our booking and assuring us to inform them a day before arrival, the hotel shockingly informed us on July 9th (for our check-in on July 10th) that they had no room available. This incompetence is simply unacceptable. They took our money upfront and failed to deliver the promised accommodation, leaving us scrambling for alternatives at the last minute. When confronted, they nonchalantly offered a refund, showing no concern for the inconvenience caused. What's worse, attempts to contact them for clarification were met with silence; they didn't even have the courtesy to answer the phone. I strongly advise against trusting Powai Residency Hotel with your bookings. They clearly have no regard for honoring reservations or respecting their customers' time and plans. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs. Photos attached for your referance.

Had stayed for 3 days. Very poor service. Even after telling the room was not cleaned on any of the days. Should avoid staying here. Many hotels nearby which atleast would clean the room daily.

This hotel is new, after renovation, quite clean and it looks like on photos in booking. I can recommend to stay here for several night. The location was a bit noisy, but I think it would be anywhere closer to the airport The guys were attentive to requests, they can also deliver food (tasty and affordable).

Booked a room here and they said to wait 3 hours before check in because some work was going on. Neither did they apologise nor were they ready to sort the problem and give refund. On demanding refund, they refused to give and wasted our time. I highly do NOT recommend it.

It was very nice experience....The staff members was also Good...And all the facilities was amazing....the staff Had maintained the proper hygiene in the hotel....
