Hotel Phoenix International

I visit last 2 days back I took three rooms the room inside that Aroma was amazing everything is good

Phoenix hotel provides best luxury rooms and provide security for privacy and good service provide.

Booked through booking.com and got a fabulous price. The advantages are, 5 minute walk to Phoenix Mall and efficient front desk staff. Rooms are ok for single person use and are very basic. Same with the bathrooms. Housekeeping is not upto mark. Could see all rooms dirty linen left at the reception desk throughout the day. No lift and no staff to help with luggage. The ground floor is a car service centre and the ambience is pretty bad. Breakfast is just average.

I was a bit surprised when i arrived. The building does not look like a hotel but as i entered the 1st floor in the lobby, it was pleasant.||Pros of hotel.||-Located 1 min to phoniex market city mall. One of the largest malls in Mumbai. You only need to sleep here and spend your entire day at the marvellous mall.|-This is budget hotel. Very well priced|-Rooms are confortable in comparison to what they charge.|- The staff esp reception staff are amazingly friendly.||CONS|- The bathroom is very tiny. Difficult to go around conveniently. If You are big in size, it could be an issue.|-They don't have a resturant yet. Breakfast is fixed n simple. Served in room or confereance room.||Overall very good value for money indeed n I spent my entire days shopping at The mall .

Late night landing at Mumbai, had to search for a night stay hotel, so was shown this hotel and checked-in. process was smooth, staffs were supportive and helped me with all with requirements and even arranged late dinner as well. Small I took was for single, small but clean and neat. Breakfast was a bit limited but were very tasty and supportive in providing me what was not served- displayed as well. Over all experiences is......... Staffs are very friendly and supportive. That is what a traveller needs. Check out was smooth again.

The rooms are very good. A little smaller than expectation. But will be good enough for a short trip. Also the breakfast should be wholesome but they offer only 1 item which is not the case compared to other treebo hotels. Can improve on that. Rest hotel is good and very near to phoenix market city mall.

I was here for VISA purpose. I wanted safe and secured stay. This hotel is not only safe but also people cooperative, especially Soheb. He helped a lot in managing auto, food and other stuff. As I was alone I couldn't take anything including phone with me at VISA office. Every piece of my luggage was safe and sound.

Comfortable place to stay.... Good staff behaviour, communicative & cordial.... reasonable cost of room .... I stayed here for 16 days & had to change room 4 times because renovation was on due to their change of Management from Phoenix International to R. K. International but that was absolutely hassle free.... But no restaurant here, they serve complimentary breakfast only..... for food one needs to rely on App. food delivery service..... Location is very convenient, just a few meters off LBS Marg, only 400mts from Phoenix Marketcity Mall..... I recommend this hotel fully.
