Hotel O Sakinaka Andheri Kurla Road formerly Sunrise Residency

I had requested an early check-in a day before my reservation, and I was assured that the room would be available. However, upon arrival, I was told the rooms were still full. The two available rooms shown were very small and compact, and the cleanliness did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, my overall stay and experience were not satisfactory.

The place was firstly difficult to find because google map indications were not accurate. Otherwise, it is well located, although not in the touristic center. Room could have been cleaner, but the bed was comfortable and clean. It was quite noisy with young people one the place and discotheque next to hotel. Earbuds were essential in my case and I still could be disturbed because my sleep is light. Otherwise, you Might be ok with that. Friendly staff.

Very very small room, don't have towels tissue and toilet paper, very bad maintenance, cockroaches everywhere, tv was not working, even you don't have space to eat your meal u have to eat on your bed. In oyo app it shows big room but in reality it's very Very small room with no space to do anything just a bed in the room never gonna come here again very disappointed.

It's a terrible hotel. Mosquitoes are everywhere, in the rooms and the lobby. The rooms are very small. The AC isn't functioning properly. In the first room, the AC didn't work, so we were shifted to another room, but even there, it didn't work. I couldn't sleep the entire night and kept turning the AC on and off. It runs for 15-20 minutes, provides some cooling, and then only blows hot air, making it even more uncomfortable. There are no windows in the rooms, not even in the bathroom. No fire safety measures are in place. The rooms feel suffocating. Only consider this hotel as a last resort. Outside the hotel, there is drainage water flowing through open gutters. Honestly, there's not a single positive thing I can say about this place. I chose this hotel based on Google, but the reality was completely different. Since the booking was already done, I had no choice but to stay there.

Terrible hotel like a JAIL/PRISON. do not book a hotel by photo. The rooms are so tiny and cant even walk. The tv was not working, shower was not working. Bathroom was not clean. Door lock was damaged. Do not recommend for family or couples...

The photos are Scam! Do Not Book this hotel! The only positive thing about this hotel is that it is close to the airport. This was the tiniest room I have ever been in, not clean and mold on the walls everywhere. Also the room smelled and everything felt unhygienic. In addition there is a nightclub next to it and the music is so loud that even the walls vibrate with the bass. Not recommended at all!

This hotel may offer budget-friendly compact rooms, but its dishonest policies, unethical booking practices, and unacceptable hygiene standards make it a hard no for me. After confirming my booking on Booking.com, which clearly stated that payment could be made at the property, the hotel changed its policy and demanded pre-payment, repeatedly emailing that my booking was on hold and could be canceled if I didn't pay in advance--a misleading and unacceptable practice. Upon arrival, the manager insisted on obtaining both my Booking ID and PIN, even though I had already provided the OYO and Booking.com confirmation numbers. This is a major red flag, as sharing both allows unauthorized modifications or cancellations, and there are many reports of properties manipulating reviews using this tactic. After a long argument, they finally let me check in, but the experience was already frustrating. However, the worst part was the severe hygiene issues--the room was infested with cockroaches, with dozens crawling over the bed and dirty, unwashed blankets and bedsheets. Sleeping here was a nightmare. On top of that, the photos on Booking.com were completely misleading, as the room was at least 75% smaller than advertised, making the listing outright false advertising. Even for a low-cost hotel, basic honesty, cleanliness, and ethical business practices should be a given. Avoid this place at all costs.

Rooms are well cleaned and maintained. Staff is really helpful and well behaved, loved the food and the check-in experience was smooth
