Dear OYO Team, I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the recent experience I had during my stay at an OYO property in Mumbai. Despite being a frequent traveler and having some expectations from OYO as a reputed brand, this stay was nothing short of a nightmare. When I arrived at the hotel, I was appalled by the state of the property. Here are the major issues I faced: 1. Unhygienic Conditions: The rooms were dirty, the bedsheets were visibly unclean, and the overall cleanliness was non-existent. 2. Maintenance Neglect: The property was undergoing repair work with broken windows and non-functional facilities like the geyser. 3. Unacceptable Environment: The place seemed more like an hourly rental facility rather than a hotel for genuine travelers. This creates a highly uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. 4. False Representation: The photos and descriptions provided during booking were completely misleading. The reality of the hotel did not match the advertised standards. 5. Unresponsive Customer Support: When I tried to raise my concerns, your customer service team failed to provide any resolution or proper support. This experience reflects poorly on your brand, which is supposed to stand for quality and reliability. I would strongly advise you to conduct stringent audits of your listed properties and ensure that they meet basic hygiene, safety, and service standards. Such experiences not only tarnish your reputation but also cause immense inconvenience and distress to customers. I am compelled to share this feedback widely so that others are warned against booking through OYO without thorough verification. If this is the standard you offer, I fear for the safety and well-being of your future customers. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards addressing these issues immediately. Don't visit these hotel rooms are very bad condition cleaning was not done rats are there ans very smelly rooms and staff was not helpfull. I suggest to oyo please remove these hotel from ur list these hotel impact on ur image

Very Dirty, Rude staff, you can see cockroaches and rats everywhere. Staff deny giving water at 12 in the night saying it's too late.

There is no fan in room. Alc is not working properly there is leakage problem in cceiling Dirty room cockroach. Toilets not clean. Bad smell

Had a worst experience , room was unclean and full of cockroaches including a foul smell... don't know what to say about the towels and bed . Wash room was unhygienic and full of insects .

Worst experience ever. The rooms are not clean as it looks in photo. Room was stinking, paint was falling off. Bathroom door was broken. TV was broken. AC was not running properly.
