Hotel Mumbai House- Valnai Malad

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. |Both the housekeeping and front office teams were incredibly helpful. Sourab and Harshali from the housekeeping team were especially attentive, ensuring that everything was to my liking. Ranjana and Rushab from the front office truly went above and beyond. The experience was nothing short of wonderful, with polite staff and impeccably clean rooms.|This was my third visit to your hotel, and it certainly will not be my last. I look forward to staying at the Hotel Mumbai House again in the future.|Thank you once again for making my stay so enjoyable!

I have stayed this hotel for two months.||It's very good everything.||At first, rooms clearing is awesome every day. The persons name is sameer... best coordinator with sachin he is very supporting person and food is also good for me. My favorite food were Tikka Msala and Creamy Pasta. I will never forget these.||Especially hospitality of this hotel was very good. Every staff always smiled and greeted us!!||I'm Japanese but it was very comfortable and I wanted to come back again here!!

The hotel is located right on the main road next to a very busy traffic signal. It makes difficult for the guests while check in. The rooms are spacious and well maintained except the upholstery of the couch was stained. The breakfast menu is very very limited and you won't get anything if you have fast during your stay.

Most ill managed place, slow check in checkout for a room that was already open without swiping card. Air conditioning is poor and smelly. Unhygienic washrooms. Housekeeping staff keeps making a lot of noise even at nights with their trolly. No security, they let anybody's Swiggy zomato guy inside the hotel to the guests room. Extremely expensive food menu considering the taste.

This Hotel is one of the best in the western suburbs. The Location is great and very convenient as it's next to the metro. I would like to thank Janhavi who helped me from the beginning till the end with the reservations and the Team of Mumbai House as they ensured our stay was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for budget friendly convenience and excellent service. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. This is a great place to stay.

We are in 1 week of 1 month stay. Rooms are great. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. This one particular employee name Lok Nath, he is in a room service. He cleans rooms, very humble and polite. I love their food. Next time I will come to India I will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended for its advantageous location, which allows for easy access to local shops and transit, making . The hotel's amenities, including well-maintained rooms. breakfast is ok ,they are serving hot dosas which I like the most. The only thing is that which I don't like is normal TV channels are not there, They are having OTT channels.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Mumbai House. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The entire staff at the reception as well as housekeeping were very cooperative, helpful and attended to every request.
