Hotel Mumbai House, Andheri East

Awesome place to stay for night while coming on vacation. Rooms are very clean, tidy and spacious. Beds are neat and clean and there is daily room cleaning by room service. The Room Service members are also very good, co-operative and polite. About the food, I would say that the food quality is awesome and very tasty. There are multiple varities in breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would again like to visit this hotel for stay whenever I come on vacation and would also recommend to my references also.

I stayed at a hotel recently for a short business trip, and the experience was quite good. The check-in process was quick and easy, which helped after a long day of travel. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed--comfortable bed, good lighting, and a proper table to work on. ||The Wi-Fi connection was strong and stable, which made it easy to attend calls and finish some urgent work. I also liked that there was a kettle and some tea and coffee in the room. It came in handy during early mornings. ||Room service was fast, and the food was simple and decent. I didn't have to step out much, which saved me time. The overall environment of the hotel felt calm and safe, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. ||It was a smooth experience with no trouble, and everything I needed for work was easily available. For a business trip, this stay worked out really well, and I'd consider staying here again if needed.

Room service and Housekeeping service is very good. Room Housekeeper Mr. Malik and Ahmad are very good, polite and co-operative. Also, the hotel is awesome and the rooms too. |The location of Hotel is also very nice. Food quality is also very good and tasty. They don't provide invoice for the stay. On the day of checkout they said the system is down, took my email and ensured that invoice will be emailed. It's been over a week, multiple follow ups over call, whatsapp and email and still no invoice. Not the service you expect from such a hotel. Edit- Invoice was finally provided after multiple follow ups. Will still keep the review published with the details.

I liked the place but would like to advise few things for the management. Your front desk person is an asset. 1) Minute repairs are required in room like bathroom latch not working/ AC is old and takes time. 2) Food can be definitely better/ tastier

Hotel Staff behaviour very nice . Rooms was very clean and fresh . Hk team support any time... surendra and Loknath very helpful person. I must visit again ...food is very tasty.. we have stay 2 month .. thank u team for supporting any time ....
