Hotel Milan International

Based on a negative review, I learned that the experience depends on the type of room you book. If you choose an economy room, you receive fewer facilities, but if you opt for a luxury or deluxe room, you get more benefits and can enjoy your stay better. Overall, based on my experience, it was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The management and staff were cooperative and kind.

1. No lock to washroom door from inside. 2. Lights fittings were loose in bathroom. 3. Open wires in bathroom was very risky. 4. Shower nob was loose. 5. Seepage marks on walls. 6. We waited for 30 mins for breakfast after informing them. Every thing was cold and tasteless. It seems they order it from outside local shop and give it to u. 7. There were cockroachs on bed. 8. Bed was not aligned and was shaking. 9. Set top box was missing so we didn't had anything to watch. 10. Best part is they charge or water bottle when you check in. Or else you have to drink thier open water in jug. Many more to say but I think we could have got much better hotel in this rate..

I recently stayed at this hotel and we found cockroaches in entire room and bathroom we check 4-5 rooms and all the room had same issue. Unfortunately we couldn't find alternative hotel in nearby so we had to stay there. This was my worst experience ever. There were lots of noice, if someone from above floor opens flush or tap then the noise was coming to ground floor. There is no cleanliness or hygeine maintained in the hotel. Staff were very rude. The flow in flush was very less. There is no proper hot water. The entire floor was dirty. Walls were dirty. I don't understand how can they charge 1700 rs per day for this slum room. Someone should raise a voice against these kind of hotels. They are making money out of online platform like agoda, MMT. Since its cheaper than other rooms most of people fall into these trap. Please find cockroach photo on floor which I killed. Unfortunately I can't able to upload the entire video of cockroach I made. This hotel should shut down Additionally, I would like to highlight the following serious issues: 1) The entire room was infested with cockroaches. 2) There was inadequate lighting in the room. 3) The TV was non-functional. 4) The flush had extremely low water flow. 5) The rooms were dirty and had clearly not been cleaned properly before being assigned to us. 6) There were no proper curtains in the washroom, making it possible for someone outside to see inside. 7) Loud noises were coming from the bathroom on the top floor. I have never encountered a hotel where sounds from another room's washroom are so disturbing. Additionally, there was continuous airplane noise, making it impossible to rest. The hotel staff was rude and uncooperative.

I do not want to give a negative vibe about what I experienced but would like to give a fair idea when it comes to choosing this hotel for your stay. Although, it is located in the center of the city and also is close to all the amenities it does not meet the standards of a good hotel both in terms of hygiene and the surroundings. To be very honest, it was a nightmare to spend the night as we were disappointed with many things. Please be careful before booking your stay here.

The worst hotel. They are running this hotel for looting customers. Cockroaches, Mosquitoes, untidy bathrooms, torn bedsheets.. and what not.. They take complete payment before actual check in with no refund Policy!! So once u go in room and come out complaining, they wills never entertain you and will not return single penny. This review is warning before even thinking to book here!!

I booked this place as it is close to vile Parle but my stay here was disappointing to the next level . This is a blot in the name of a hotel . Rooms utterly uncleaned ,bathroom has maggots and cockroaches all over the place . We asked for room service and a person arrived after 24hrs . No water is provided by the hotel . In the name of toiletries only a 5rs soap is provided and if u ask them about anything ,they feel that they are giving u more than what you deserve . All in all pls do check the review and believe them . Not all the reviews can be wrong . Pls do avoid this hotel if u can ,else its upto you .

I am a frequent traveller and this has been my worst experience so far . The rooms are in desperate need of a renovation as there are gutka spit marks at every corner . The bathroom tap handles and jet spray , both , were not working . Pillows and blankets were at their worst condition too . Extremely unhygienic . On top of this , i had parked my car according to the instruction of the manager and by morning , i was stuck for an hour and half because multiple cars were parked behind my car . Upon asking to get rid of these cars as i had to leave , they replied with ' Sir , we'll have to knock the rooms of the car owners . ' . Is it my job to do so ??? I had well informed them that we will be checking out by 10 as we have a meeting . It does not end here . The way they dealt with this problem was even worse . The staffs had no idea about the owners and their respective cars . Such poor management . After waiting for an hour , they had the audacity to say , ' we have collected the car keys , if you're in a rush , you can get the cars out of the parking and adjust your car accordingly ' . Listen brother , im not your driver alright . Poorly Maintained , Unprofessional behaviour and service and the list goes on . I would suggest you to sleep on the streets rather than opting for this hotel .

Stayed a week here and really enjoyed my stay. The room was very comfortable and the AC here was perfect especially against the hot and humid temperature in Mumbai. The shower was also very nice and the water was perfect. And the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and not to far from the airport. The reception was also very pleasant and felt really safe.
