Hotel Leafio Sakinaka

The hotel rooms are as tiny as a mere double bed. Rooms don't have proper space to keep luggage and not do they have space for hanging or keeping clothes. No windows no ventilation. They won't provide enough toiletries, at best available for a single user. The main problem is how they fool people by hiding the details of room sizes and showing the images of their biggest and best room that lures people to make bookings and once you get your room you understand how they tricked you with those pictures. Besides, on the day of my booking the water in the sink was as good as waste water - smelly and filthy. I was told it was due to some maintenance. Whatever the case be, I as a customer should be provided assured quality of water without excuses or inform me upfront and let me take the call if that's okay with me or else refund. This booking was a whole waste of time, head space, physical effort, and money. I don't mind paying more and getting a better place, but it gives no right to the hotel to fool customers with pictures that are non existent as per the budgets that this hotel projects. #Fraud alert.

Poor service. Arrogant staff. Asked rudely to move our vehicle from one parking spot to another just because it was blocking some view. No politeness being in hospitality business. Booked a superior room and they have given a tiny room for 2 people. I ordered food they didn't allow delivery person to come upstairs then delivery guy requested him to deliver it to the room. He delivered and left. Receptionist kept my food outside of the building at watchman's desk. Owners need to train their staff.

We reached Mumbai and Leafio Hotel welcomed us without prior booking. Our stay was excellent thanks to both Deepak Jis, Mr Shariq and Prateek of Hotel Leafio Sakinaka. God bless them and we definitely recommend them without hesitation. Next time in Mumbai, we'll stay at Leafio because it's like family now!

Best hotel for this price. Both the airport terminals are near by and you can easily catch an auto outside the hotel. There are lot of restaurants nearby as well. Top colleges like IIM mumbai and NMIMS are also nearby, so if students want to stay during interviews can opt this hotel. Some complain about the size of the room is small, but i found it more than enough. Overall its a pretty good stay!

It is a small really budget hotel near the Mumbai airport. Very easily accessible almost on the road. My taxi man didn't have any issues in finding the place. May be because he is living nearby to this hotel. Check in was smooth. I think I should compliment Agoda for the proper communication with the hotel. I remember having a very bad experience with Make-my-trip: when I reached the hotel there was no room booked in my name!! I think parking is not a problem there. Seems to have a lot of space. The first room I was allotted was terrible. There is bathroom and in front of the bathroom door is a short and small corridor which opens into the room. The room is so small that you will almost feel claustrophobic. What was worse there was a window which faced a backbone where they were hosting parties. This went upto midnight and after that the cleaning process went on for another 3 hours. The noise was terrible. I was totally disoriented with no sleep next day morning. I had to complain next day and luckily they allotted an other room. This was slightly better. Looked slightly more spacious. Single bed like the previous one. It seems for single occupancy they give only single bed room. So if you want a larger room all specifically for double room. Rooms are clean, and so are the linen. Bathroom is very small but clean. Toiletries are minimal with only a dental kit. Shampoo and bathing liquid are provided. Of all the things one that annoyed me most was the lack of a cupboard. Only two hangers and hook!! No kettle, no safe. To get coffee you have to go to 4th floor. There is no fan and I saw mosquitoes in both the rooms. The TV didn't show must the channels though it showed sports. No English channels. Wi-Fi is good but it took 10mt to get activated once I checked in. There is no restaurant or bar. It is written you can't take food from outside to the room. When asked I someone there, he said you can do that. Or else you have to go out to a eat. But breakfast is served in the hotel. It is very basic one, but ok. Omelette can be ordered. Overall a 2 out of 5.

The location is great. Quite close to the airport. The alloted room was clean but relatively cramped. No in house restaurant but they have a premix tea/coffee machine and arrange a breakfast buffet, which was pretty good. The hotel staff was very helpful.

One of the most value for money hotel. It has no room service but a great restaurant just opposite makes up for it. A very friendly staff and in a very clean premise where you could even do a leisurely evening and morning walk.

Everything is A-1 and Perfect for me! I stayed here for 10 days and today is my last day, from breakfast to room service to laundry, my stay im Mumbai and hotel leafio was great!
