Very poor Hotel, bad services, Counter people ask extra money even you have online money, they will make excuses somehow. Worst experience

Worst experience in this hetel. Rooms are smelling and dirty, not good as showing in picture. Hotel reception behaviour or rude. Worst place: never book this hotel

The staff is very insincere and also not helpful for anything. And there is nothing complimentary water bottle etc nothing. I asked for extra bedsheet they simply ignore it. Staff is very irritating...

The hotel was great and amenities were all excellent. Rooms very very clean and well kept. We had a panoramic view of the Prophet's mosque, which was an excellent feature. The staff was very helpful and professional throughout our stay, including front desk, room service, breakfast servers, as well as cleaners. Everyone communicated well and was outwardly helpful. This is the worst hotel to stay please do not stay here personal experience they charge very high but servoces are very bad nobody cares if you want any help anything here the workers here in night are out of there mind they dont know what they are talking about they let us stay there with different tarif later they asked they made a mistake charges are different and asked for more money total scam if you are new in mumbai dont stay here they are rude no service definitely not ok to stay here please dont consider this hotel at all very bad experience being the only hotel in area they charge very high rooms are not clean not in good condition as well water heater does not work they dont care about it also. Shady hotel and staff behave like goons told me they'll keep my stuff if I do not pay more.

Value for money, with a good location at this price is totally worth it. Right opposite to the test centre very good option for students who dont live in mumbai and come to give exam. Convinient, good rooms with excellent services for the price
