Its proximity to the Bandra-Kurla Complex is a huge plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to families. It's a perfect spot for a comfortable and affordable stay in Mumbai!"

Even though the room is cramped and lacking in cleanliness, at this cheap rate and good proximity to kurla, one cannot complain much. If you are looking for something clean/luxurious/ambient, stay away. If you don't mind a somewhat dirty room because it is dirt cheap, go for it.

Very small rooms, unhygienic, posted photos are deceiving, felt suffocated. must climb narrow stairs not recommended for elders. Better spend your money somewhere else.

Don't go by the photos published. The good looking rooms photos are fake. No ventilation in rooms. The only good thing about his hotel is food of the Restaurant below the hotel

This hotel is very good. I must say the hotel staff is well mannered and helpful in each aspect . The rooms are spacious and ambient. The do have food menu which has wide ranges of food items. Thanks to the onwer / Receptionist / housekeeping for keeping a great care of us. ||Thanks & Good luck

I stayed here for the consulate interview. Unfortunately I did not expect a room like this. It is a very confined room. The room space is suitable for two, we were four. That might be the reason. Neatness is not good. Property need maintenance. Paint is not completed or repair is pending on the ceiling. Interior is well and good, but not maintained/serviced or regular cleaning done. Corners of the room are dusty. Changing of the linen are performing in alternate days. Service person is expecting tip. Sockets in the room are suitable for both Indian and British style, but it is loose due to usage. We need to hold or keep a weight on the charger to get charged. Elevator is old style and untidy. Can find Gutka empty sachets in the gap inside the lift. Surroundings are having lot of trees and ample shades so it feels a bit cool. The small cut road to the hotel from the main road is always spill with drainage water. Good-Budget hotel. Bad-Cleanliness.

Such a bad experience with hotel staff and upper management. It started with day 1, we were moved to Fab Express Garden Park hotel because there was power outage in the hotel we booked. We agreed to move since we did not have any other option. It has been raining and there was no electricity and any other amenities from last two days. We asked the management to move back to the original booking (Fab Hotel Embassy Park), the manager is first of all is so rude and says to checkout at particular time else they would not accept the move. Due to heavy rains it is so difficult to even step out of the hotel. We have some important meetings to attend which cannot be missed at any cost, but the management does not value any of it. We found out from the hotel staff that there has been water clogging issues in the past with the hotel we were still allocated here in heavy rains. Very rude senior executive, It has been such an inconvenience and the management does not give a holy .Very disappointing. Never recommend to anyone.
