HOTEL GREEN FOREST

This hotel was the worst place I've ever stayed. During my visit in January, I experienced unsettling incidents such as someone repeatedly kicking my door at 3:00 AM with no response when I asked who it was. Upon opening the door, there was no one there. Throughout the night, I heard tapping sounds, which added to the creepy atmosphere. The bathroom was smelly and unhygienic, and the room was not properly cleaned, with mosquitoes and small insects present. Additionally, there was no additional door lock inside, leaving me feeling unsafe. Moreover, the circumstances of my stay were disappointing. The hotel I initially booked through OYO couldn't provide the room despite it being paid for online. OYO then arranged accommodation at this hotel, assuring me of its safety and positive reviews, as it was located opposite a police camp. However, my experience proved otherwise.

I have stayed there for 3 days, we had a very pleasant stay, the price is affordable and nearer to airport and Powai aurum IT park. Manager is friendly and always fulfilled our requests on time. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

the stay was ok here yes room looks clean but not fully.. washroom are ok but are small and not so fully structured the roof of washroom are not covered properly there is mosquitoes in the room . shortage of pillow covers and towels. as in my room only one pillow has cover another i ask them they said they don't have. even there is no hand towels. hotel dont have their own kitch the food i order them come from swiggy. its better to order by yourself from swiggy. they printed their own menu and their own prive but they ordered it from swiggy. 20rs bottle of water they charge 30rs. i would not recommend if you have good expectations from as per the price.

The room are very unhygeine. Staff behaviour is pathetic, bedsheets are not at all clean, washed and hygeine. AC water is lacking in room, tooo much mosquitos in room.. bathroom is too much smelling.. my partner met after a year and he him self booked this hotel from oyo thinking that this hotel is decent but after checking the excitment of stay got 0.. because of unhygienic hotel room.. please people dont visit ever here. It's good for nothing. Worst

Worst hotels nonsense staff not clean cameras all around pl be careful n avoid this hotel my genuine advice.ratings also u see is of a bogus company they ask ppl to give 5 start on false promises

Firstly, don't trust what's in the photos put up in other reviews, The most unhygienic hotel, nothing as shown in pictures. And moreover the worst staff. The worst ever staff I have ever seen. U order anything, it comes late, and then the person who comes to deliver it, tries to peek in your room. For every water bottle U order, the delivery guy asks for a tip. AC cooling is nil. Fan is better. No proper water supplies. No Swipe machines to pay. They ask U to get cash. Overall, satisfaction-0%, waste of money-100%.

Never ever go for this option. They ask for more money while u checkin and check out, Bad behaviour of property manager, he is like a rowdy, and worst hotel in total Mumbai area. Dont put yourself in trouble with choosing such a third class hotel. Dont go with family because they will shout and fight with us to have booking. If u dare to enter into the property, they will not let us go outside without booking and cancellation fees even we book through application.we escape because we are gents

I stayed at OYO 19156, Hotel Green Forest, Vijay Nagar, Kanakia Road, Near Police Camp, Marol, from 25.02.22 to 28.02.22. It is a pathetic hotel, rather I should say it is a Guest House. The Hotel has 3 big coconut trees inside the hotel and one of the trees is inside the bathroom in one of the hotel rooms, which is opposite to my room. I stayed at Room Mo. 110. I have never seen any AC throwing ice flakes. Moreover the remote was also not working and it was set at 21 degrees. The linens were not at all clean and so were the towels provided in the bathrooms. The bed was making a loud sound, even on turning a bit. The mat in front of the bathroom was torned from one side. Both the remotes of TV and Set Top Box were broken and were not having battery covers. Inside the bathroom I have seen centipedes coming out from the water outlet and they were roaming all over the bathroom in the wee hours. I have opted for free breakfast and to my surprise, the Manager told me that they can only provide Bread Butter and if required Jam with Tea or Coffee. I had 3 breakfasts and all were Bread Butter Jam with Coffee. I will appreciate the room service boy, Gulab, who provided me with all necessary help, by bringing me remote controls from another room. The linen, towels and bathroom mat was changed on 27.02.22 that too after requesting Gulab. I will recommend not staying in this Hotel.
