Rooms are good and clean. But service is very poor. Less staff. No water in toilet when needed.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend to anyone. There are far better options available in the area that offer cleaner rooms, comfortable beds, and genuine customer service.worst bed.

Good staff Best location near by railway station Rooms are small for family Too much mosquitos and dust in the room. Bathroom is very small. Okay for a day or two for sleeping only.

Hotel location is within 1 km from borivali west railway station Staff is good (deepak bhai & Reception paul)
