Extremely Disappointed - No Support for Medical Patients and Misleading Information I had a deeply disappointing experience at Fab Grand Heritage Hotel BKC. After a long and tiring journey, we requested early check-in--something that was clearly confirmed by Fab Hotels beforehand, along with assurance that a ground-floor room would be available. Upon arrival, not only was early check-in refused despite our willingness to pay for it, but we were also told there were no rooms on the ground floor. The only available room was on the second floor, which was simply not an option due to medical reasons. What's worse is the complete lack of empathy shown by the staff. Rather than assisting, they were argumentative, dismissive, and spoke in a loud, disrespectful tone. It was heartbreaking to see that even though the medical condition of the guest was visibly apparent, there was no attempt to help or accommodate. There was no compassion, no humanity. India is growing fast economically and culturally, but basic human values like empathy and support--especially for female senior citizens and medical patients--seem to be missing in places like this. It's upsetting to think that in a country known for its hospitality, guests in pain are treated this way. We have a lot to learn from developed countries where care, kindness, and even love for animals are prioritized far more than what we experienced here for human. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling with elderly or ailing family members. A place that cannot show basic human decency is not worth staying at.

I had a frustrating and gross experience, the rooms were damp without ventilation and had a constant smell. The manager was rude and charged me 2000 extra for early check in for 2 rooms, which I later realised that he had given me his personal account to transfer the money(Not sure where can I gat help from on this). The rooms are not at all like the the one in photos and also had cockroaches. Don't ever book a rom here.
If you want a quick stop and neat and clean room in kurla in a busy market area . You could select this place ( rooms + good staff + complementary breakfast ) I would stay it's a value budget friendly hotel . Rooms are super clean , the lines are fresh and clean , wifi runs well . The staff at the reception area were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast served is decent, Overall good budget property in kurla area
If I had an option of giving no stars i would give them , literally third class receptionist I don't know what he thinks of himself has no courtesy to speak well , oh god rooms even more worst it was smelling so badly because of the leakage in the walls and rooms have cockrochs bathroom is also so dirty .. please don't go by the picture given online it's no where like that . Save yourself the nightmare
No elevator, no air circulation nothing good about the hotel and please done fall for the photo shopped pics on websites. I sincerely request you to visit and see physically and then book. Owners have earned a lot of money just by trapping and stealing customer money.
Rooms: They were clean but some kind of disinfectant's smell was there. No ventilation. Service: It's good. Staff is polite and helpful in every aspect. Location: It's hardly 2-2.5km from the US consulate. So, full marks for that. Inside the hotel, it's fine but the outer location is very bad. It's the market of auto parts so it's not clean.
Very bad staff scammer they took money from me more than booking amount they told me this is new procedure will refund you back once you check out but not refund. Very danger scammer.
Don't believe the photos on the website or in the review sections. It all fake and edited. The area around the hotel is not as shown in the pictures. The rooms were very dirty with live cockroaches all around. The AC was spitting ice on the beds and making weird noise and it was leaking. The hygiene was terrible. The mopped floor was also very sticky. The Bathrooms were dirty with no AC/ventilation. There were no toiletries. The steel holders, the basin and taps were very unkempt and rusted.
