Hotel Emerald Inn

According to facilities mentioned on booking.com they don't provide anything. Rooms are not as per photo provided on app. They take confirmation on lower cost and keep option to pay at hotel only and when you pay at hotel they suddenly increase rate on booking.com app and show that it's not their mistake. They are totally fraud when we visited there for check in they were shocked to see our luggage because mostly we saw unmarried student couple use to visit their hotel and they thought we are also that age group and they tried to fool us and earn money as much as they can but when we started fighting and refused to pay and leave hotel then they booked on same lower cost. I don't feel safe at all in room, lock was not working properly. I highly don't recommend this hotel to stay and also request booking.com we trust your website please don't sell these kind of fraud hotels on your website.

Worst room i have ever seen these kind of rooms before. Irresponsible staffs and incharge. Because of agoda's photo i have booked this room. I hv booked for 2800 per day. Please agoda don't encourage these kind of hotels

This place is a good place to stay. It's located a little inside from the main road. The people in the reception are helpful. They don't have a restaurant. However, they allow you to buy food from outside. They also buy food from outside for you.

Neat and clean. Nothing out of the ordinary. Staff are friendly enough. Shower in our room didn't drain well, WiFi struggled, breakfast staff were slow to clean and refresh tables

We didn't get any other place to stay so we had to stay there for 3 nights....there were tiny cockroaches loitering all over the room but the room service paid no heed to it.. they didn't gave us any toiletries...also when we went out for sightseeing after leaving our room on the first day they assigned our room to some other people removing our luggage from it which is highly unacceptable even if it was by mistake.. Also the locality was also not good...we had trouble getting cabs back to our location..

Very bad room every thing is brocken the tiles door lock of bathroom is brocken and the cobbered is very dirty there are chockoroche in the cobbered

The service is not good at all, the rooms are okay, but the AC in the room is not cooling, the service is not good at all, very slow service, waste of money

The hotel is not located in a good place. There is a big open drain with sewerage flowing next to the hotel. The pathway to the hotel is also dirty. The images are deceiving. The Family room I was in was not clean and the bed spread had stains. I will recommend to NOT stay at this hotel. It is not worth paying 1800 Rs for a day.
