Hotel Blue Sea

1.Room is very stinky and dirty. 2.Ac remote is not available. 3.Tv is not available. 4.Some switch boards are not working. 5.Shower not working. 6.No dustbin provided even though we asked for it. 7.No complimentary water bottle. 8.No supplies (soap, shampoo, hand wash etc.) Worst experience for this price (1638).

The location mentioned in the booking differed from the actual location, which caused me to turn around and search for the correct location. Additionally, the room was quite untidy and had a foul smell. However, the service boy could spray the room on my request, which helped alleviate the smell. Initially, the reception denied access to the TV, stating that it was not working, but it was working perfectly fine. The remotes for both the TV and AC were hidden, so I had to manually operate them directly on the TV

First of all the manager and staffs was not at all good and was rude. Not at all helpful to the guests. They talk in a rude manner and don't treat the guests as they have to. The photos shown in the pictures are old photos which was taken when the rooms were new. The condition of rooms now is worst and not at all neat. The bathroom was the worst bathroom I ever used in my entire life. I was unable to even brush my teeth from there. Had the tendency to vomit. Not at all cleanly and hygienic. Me and my friend was unable to brush and bath from that bathroom for 3-4 days in which we stayed there. I recommend you guys to stay somewhere else where you get treated good.

Horrible. Bathrooms were stinking. No water connection in washbasin. Bucket without mugs. No TV.. They are mostly interested in supplying Liquor for extra money. Lot of cockroaches and bud bugs

Dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. Infested with rats cockroaches and what not. I would have given negative stars if Google had the option. Instead of replying the same thing to all customers, do something about it. You fought with a customer while we were there. You were very rude.

Isnt worth of giving 1 star also... Worst hotel ever seen Just dont book this.. blindly by looking this photo.. they are fake.. and the hotel management stuff will stalk you like nothing and the receptionist will talk politely like he doesn't know a thing and shows our hotel is best the way he talk all fake.... Worst blue sea Smokes, weird stains on bed no proper clean.. though i asked to change the stuff they said we have changed but it wasnt... upon saying that again they said they dont have any other.... ... (spit on the hotel and their management)

Worst hotel ! Do not book this pathetic hotel even at lowest cost. They provide you with zero service, stinky dirty rooms, used bedsheets, used pillows, cockroaches everywhere, dustbins filled with ash and stuff, drawers filled with tissues and ash... everything used. They don't even give extra pillow covers or bedsheets to change. Washroom leaked and dirty with dirty mirror, Overall, worst experience ever.

Nothing I liked.Staff was not ready to give me a room even though I paid full amount 799rs including tax in advance and they said that we can't give AC room below 1000rs. Even manager was also saying the same. After 30 mins discussion he agreed to give me a room. Room was not clean at all and bed bugs were there. Door handle was broken and there was no window in room and too much humidity inside room. I won't refer this property to any of my friends. Need to improve a lot. Experienced very bad.
