Fantastic Stay at Hotel BKC Garden! I had an amazing experience at Hotel BKC Garden! The staff was incredibly courteous and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable ambiance. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The pricing was also reasonable for the quality of service provided. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay in the area! Would definitely visit again!

Front desk agents of "Hotel BKC Garden" speak fluent English, Hindi, and Malayalam languages. Wifi is Free for guests. All the rooms in our hotel are provided with modern furniture and amenities. Beds are equipped with orthopedic mattresses, there is a flat-screen TV in each room. Bathrooms are equipped with toiletries accessories and fluffy towels. Free luggage storage where guests may leave their stuff any time before check-in and after check-out. The convenience and comfort of the hotels combined with the low cost of living and staff care will create a cozy atmosphere.

Not the cleanest 3-star room I've stayed in, but if you're visiting VFS, US biometrics, or any visa-related services nearby, it's a super affordable option. Sure, you could stay at Trident or Sofitel if you're okay spending 15x more--but for a short, practical stay, this works. There's a vegetarian restaurant in the building that serves decent food. Also, it's easy to get an auto from here to wherever you need to go. Breakfast is included in the tariff--it's vegetarian and I'd say it's average, nothing fancy.

The hotel is a single floor located on 2nd floor of a 30 year old building. Sometimes back this back aly use to be US consulate visa place but it has shifted now. This hotel should be avoided at all costs. If you book through platforms like Agoda or Booking.com, they will demand additional payment upon arrival. It seems they are unwilling to honor third-party bookings because they don't want to pay the commission fees, which makes the experience extremely frustrating. Communicating with Booking.com or Agoda becomes challenging since they are international brands, leaving you caught in the middle of a dispute. The primary reason guests stay here is for the proximity to the US Visa interview location, but the hotel is housed in an old, unhygienic building situated in a back alley of BKC. The overall environment is far from what one would expect in this area. The rooms are ok, but the prices don't justify at all. I was only here to assist a family member attending a visa interview, but I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel under any circumstances.
