Hotel BKC Crown

Excellent wecome easy check in. Very elegant reception area.||Nice room good size, for us we would like more hooks in the bathroom and a couple of chairs.|The room didn't have a bath which we thought was misleading. When we enquired we were told only the suites had baths.||The staff are so helpful and kind.. They couldn't do enough.||The food was good plenty of choice. We had breakfast and a meal in the evening. ||Lovely setting with the pool water sounds and very pleasant music playing.

We recently visited holiday in Mumbai Arocity, service and food are upto our expataion, specifically stuff service by Abhishek and Harshal, kept it up your excellent service.as usual you do ..............................................

I recently stayed at here and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to all my needs. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a great view. The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it convenient for both business and leisure activities. The amenities, including the on-site restaurant and fitness center, added to the overall comfort of my stay. I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

Wonder why there are no photogrpahs of the outside of the hotel? Because It's located in an absolutely dirty neighborhood; surrounded by scrap yards and piles of garbage. The photographs they have posted are also quite misleading. There are several hotels in the same building.. BKC Garden etc. the only plus side was that it's in very close proximity to the JIO convention center. Where our event was being held. There was a pop-tates near by (100m) and a n Asian cuisine restaurant next to it. The food and service at both was great.

Except for the proximity to Visa Centre & Bandra Kurla Complex, there is nothing to tell about the property & location. Apart from being overtly priced at Rs.6500/- (I booked at discounted rate of Rs. 3900/- approx. through MMT), it has poorly maintained rooms, poorer room service, low quality toiletries & nothing worthwhile to discuss about. The hotel wears a dilapidated look & runs from 9th floor of a building which houses a different hotel in each of its floors. The ground floor has a pricey restaurant & food is Ok.

I recently stayed at hotel BKC Crown and I am really impressed with overall experience. The environment was very delightful, offering a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was fulfilled. It had a stunning view from the balcony. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall, a memorable experience that I would highly recommend to one of all who are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

I am delighted to share my wonderful experience with Hostel service. From the outset, their attentive and friendly staff ensured a comfortable stay. The well-maintained rooms and vibrant common areas made for a pleasant atmosphere. What truly stood out was the sense of community fostered through engaging events and interactions with fellow guests. I also appreciated their focus on safety and security, Hostel offers a remarkable stay that I wholeheartedly recommend.

1. Rooms were clean but bedsheets and blankets were not washed, they smelled of sweat. 2. Three people booked a triple room yet only 2 towels and 1 soap. 3. No breakfast option available and No welcome drink served. 4. There's only one restaurant below that serves uncooked food, and does not accept it back. 5. You need to be lucky to find an open parking on road. 6. Obviously, they have tie ups with Rickshaws and Taxis that charge double because the hotels have their cut. They know very well there will always be customers desperate for a stay to attend their VISA appointment, and they take full advantage of that.
