Hotel Axis International

First of all thanks to all, Axis International staff, all of them are very attentive, professional, ready to accommodate your all requests, could be front desk or room attendant. Special Thanks to Sonu Kumar, who made our reservation and proceed very smoothly from arrival to till departure. Rooms and washroom were very clean and hygienic with all required amenities. Food was ordered through room service and it took required time and off course it was delicious. As I was travelling with family so all of them were very much comfortable. Best of Luck to all of them, Thanks.

I recently stayed at this hotel Axis and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to my work offices and public transport. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. The room was clean and comfortable, with basic amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a television. Housekeeping service was regular and maintained good hygiene standards. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The hotel restaurant offered a breakfast was simple yet satisfactory. Facilities like parking and room service were available and managed well. For its price range, it offers good value and reliable service. I would consider staying here again for future visits.

Bed linen was not changed first 3 days. WC in bathroom was not cleaned properly. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Very bad odour in bathroom area. There is no window in the room. No ventilation in the room. AC remote was off. TV was suddenly turning off. Had to request to clean the room, they did not clean it themselves, Hand towel was not provided overall stay. All housekeeping staff need to train properly. (The person who clean the bathroom, don't have proper chemicals and WC Brush)

I stayed there for 8 days and I'm truly grateful to Mr. Rohit for kindly couriering the belongings I had forgotten at the hotel. I sincerely appreciate his thoughtful service and kindness. Very good service and staff.

Room are well maintained and clean. Hotel staff were polite and courteous, and were very kind to us during our stay.

Clean, cute and decent hotel. Staffs are very friendly mainly the front desk. Seen some international customers freely interacting with the staff. Happy stay with family.

I have stayed in this hotel two times now and my experience with the hotel is really nice the place is close to airport and good for a solo travel or female traveler and it's safe and have work friendly rooms. I had my flight cancelled or delayed this the place I always prefer to stay at. The owner is very helpful and staff is good and reliable as far as safety and security is concerned . Absolutely Thankful for service. Thank you

I booked this hotel off hotels.com/Expedia. Paid in advance for three days. I called the hotel the day I was landing and told them when I would come. When I'm about to leave for the hotel, the hotel calls me to tell me "we have moved you to a sister hotel of ours" (which was half the price, and much poorer reviews). I tell them sorry this is uncool - I paid you in advance. The hotel showed sold out as well (so most likely they sold the room that I had booked). And now my money is stuck because Expedia says hotel isn't responding, and hotel says go talk to Expedia. Godawful experience. Calling me up at 9 pm. And then telling me you take this up with Expedia. Mind you, I finally got no room to stay at, my money is still stuck. Thank goodness for some good samaritans who I could call on that late. And if that wasn't enough, I had booked a colleague of mine in the same hotel, one day later. Exact same thing happens again. I'd go put up a board outside this hotel - 10,000 rupees stuck in limbo. Colleague goes to the hotel, and they tell her the same thing - "please go talk to Expedia about booking and refund. We don't have a room". Please don't stay at this hotel. Please don't book off the internet. And definitely don't pay them money in advance.
