Hotel Atlantic

When I arrived to check in, it felt like I was entering an army base. The receptionist on duty that day treated us very rudely. When I asked how long he had been working there, he mentioned 6-7 years and complained about many staff members leaving due to management problems. However, that's not the customer's fault--we still deserve to be treated respectfully. The room was smelly, and we found cockroaches inside, along with mold in the toilet. The TV and Wi-Fi were also not working. To make matters worse, there was a wedding function that night. As a couple, we came to relax, but from 10 p.m. onwards, there were fights breaking out in the next rooms and the corridor. When I complained to the receptionist (the same one from check-in), he dismissed it, saying, "That's normal at an Indian wedding," and did nothing to address the issue. We ended up checking out early in the morning. Overall, it was a terrible experience--one of the worst stays of my life.

One of the best service at Mumbai's most costliest place in an affordable price. Room service was excellent. Food was excellent. And, the beach is literally just across the road, like hardly 100m away.

Well located property in Juhu with friendly staff and front desk.|Breakfast is limited but good and they do change menu and make it likeable. |Property is 1 kms from Juhu Chowpatty 's main shack area but overall beach is accessible by crossing road and merely 80 metre from the hotel.||We stayed for 2 nights in SeaView rooms, highest on tariffs but still had cockroaches visiting us or playing hide and seek for both of 2 nights.(Housekeeping can be little vigilant here though team was prompt to respond to every call).||But overall,worth staying .

The hotel receptionist, working in the night shift, completely denied the full payment we made through Goibibo prior to check in. He even denied the confirmation voucher,, issued by Goibibo and did not even want to have a look at it.He threatened us to vacate the hotel room multiple times.We had to face a lot of inconvenience though they confirmed the payment at a much later stage.I would never recommend such unprofessional hotel to any traveller.

It was good hotel with all the facilities. Stay was very pleasant. Staff was also polite and helpful. Hope to have next visit soon with more such reviews. Food was also nice. Thank you very much. Keep continuing the best services as usual forever...

I would recommend everyone to book this hotel whenever planning for a trip to mumbai, everything is organised and staff helps promptly, service is similar to 5 star hotels. Thank you Hotel Atlantic for helping me and providing exceptional customer service.

Great experience |Good food and good staff we stayed here for 4 days and the stay and comfort is pretty good and also the 2 restaurants one Italian and 1 Mukti cousins both have delicious food |Rooms are clean and big as compared to the other hotels rooms is Mumbai
