Hotel Ammas Palace

I took astropod for one night stay. I must say it was up to the mark and totally value for money. The bed was clean washrooms were also clean. AC was working very good. The staff was also very polite and friendly. Checkin was smooth and easy. Highly recommend if someone travelling solo wants to stay for a night or 2.

Best place to stay near Airport. Had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Staff is very nice, properly dressed. Do not hesitate to book your stay plus above all you can also get an option for your driver's to stay as they have Pods/Capsule available.

The hotel is still pretty new so the cleanliness is top notch. Location wise though, it is quite far from the tourist attractions, so we ended up spending most time on uber. Breakfast place at this hotel is my fav place to sit down and chit chat with my partner. The vibe is so pleasant.

I would like to appreciate Mr. Soham's kind attention & hospitality during my stay here couple of times already. He is a nice person with attention to detail & carry customer centric approach. His willingness to go extra mile & make customers delight shows his passion towards his job. I would give him 5 star rating for all his service.

Unhygienic rooms, Lots of bugs on and around the bed. The manager and staff they don't listen to issues if you have any. I won't recommend this hotel because of low standard of services. Room size is very small, on photo they have shown big rooms but on arrival they provide small rooms. 1 out of 5 for room cleaning. 1 out of 5 for room Maintenance. 3 out of 5 for location.

Stayed with them for a few days, for my first trip to Mumbai. Very nice place, relatively new hotel and the food is good. Deep fried lotus roots, especially.
