Hotel Aksa Palace

This is one of the worst properties one could stay at in Bombay. Starting from the room, if you want a peaceful sleep, you should definitely not book this place because in the night you will hear rats crawling through the walls. As a customer, one would want to trust the people where they are staying but the reception straight up lied when I confronted him about the rats. Very manipulatively he said, 'if the rats come in your room, call me'. which later he used in an argument saying I didn't lie, I said if the rats come, call me. They are completely dishonest and deceptive people. Furthermore, he assured that there will be no power cuts but there was a power cut at 2 in the night and bugs started crawling out in the room because of absolute darkness. On confronting him about it, the receptionist started ignoring everything I was saying. When I requested him to cancel my booking and give me a refund, he refused to give a refund and when he reluctantly agreed, I requested for it be to cleared then and there as I did not want to indulge with him any further. He got extremely rude and asked me to vacate the property at 2 in the night. this has been the worst stay experience of my life and I regret the money I spent here. I wish I could go back in time and stop myself from booking this place. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
