Hotel Accord

Had a really good stay at Hotel Accord during my first visit to Mumbai. The location is super convenient--right between Santacruz Metro and Santacruz railway station, both just a short walk away. The hotel has an old-school Bombay vibe, which I personally loved. It's not flashy, but it's clean, comfortable, and has its own charm. The staff were really kind and approachable, made everything smooth and easy. Also, the complimentary breakfast (served in the room) was tasty--had bread toast, omelette, coffee, and mango juice. One thing I really appreciated--they didn't switch off the AC or hot water. We came back late around 1 AM, and still had hot water to shower before bed. Small detail, but it made a big difference. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a cozy and budget-friendly place in a prime location.

I had apprehensions when I entered this hotel. The lobby was very small, and the Hotel looks very old. The Rooms were very small and it looks like walls were built surrounding the Bed. But the service of the staffs are excellent. The breakfast was very limited and they serve directly to your Room. They don't serve it in the Restaurant. But the staffs are on their toes and the service is the saving grace for this Hotel.

Value for money hotel if you are looking one near airport. Service was good. Rooms were small but clean.

Hotel Accord in SantaCruz Mumbai is in a good location for those desiring easy access to Airports both Domestic and International. It's near to Shopping Centres and Suburban train station. Rooms have been upgraded and better than before. Terrace Breakfast is good. Front desk and other hotel staff were very helpful.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel located in Santacruz East, Mumbai. While the room size felt a bit small for the price, it might be reasonable given the city's standards. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was decent--I tried masala dosa, and the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options like Batata vada, bread butter, Maza, tea, idli, and omelette, based on preference. The location is convenient, with the railway station and local market nearby. Overall, it was a good stay with satisfactory service and amenities.

4 days pleasant stay and we had a lot of fun for all days. All staff was very courteous and cooperative. Cleanliness was superb and breakfast was very tasty and overall a very good experience.

With price of 6000/night and on the name of executive suite its just a room worth less than of rs /-1500 rs Reception people also do not greet properly... Flush and washbasin taps do not work properly Room 307 exrcutive room.. Pathetic

Pleasant experience here with 1 day stay. Excellent room and service. Best hotel near International Airport. It just takes 15 minutes to reach the airport. Easy available Ola, Uber and Rapido cabs. Very polite staff at reception.
