Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, an IHG Hotel

I had visited Holiday Inn Mumbai for a business meeting. It was a short visit, just for a day. The ambience was simple but had a nice vibe to it. It was not overly fancy, but quite pleasant. I tried their hi-tea spread, which had a good mix of salads and quick bites. The food was nice overall. Visited with my family and had a good stay. As a Diamond Elite member, I have had excellent experiences every single time however this time it was a bit different. While getting to the IHG priority membership lane during checking in, which was free and had a frontdesk officer, I was redirected to the other frontdesk executive without checking my credentials. I later realized that they did not think that I could be a IHG priority member. Getting a room upgrade could have been seamless; although I got it eventually, I had to furnish the required info that there was availability by checking the IHG app myself. The outside view from the room was not that you could enjoy but I do understand there is little that the hotel could do about it. The only excellent experience has been the dining experience. During dinner, the entire team having realized that I was a Diamond Elite member, took great care of my family. The breakfast spread was equally fantastic! A big shout out for Prashant and his team who do the Bakery products. I haven't had such a croissant in recent times and that to in India. I have requested Prashant to organize workshops with our IHG hotel team of chefs to share & train how croissants are made; without doubt it was impeccable! I will definitely come back soon just for this spread and to enjoy another round of dining experience.

Stay was Excellent. Very Relaxing. Stayed for 5 Nights. The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect near airport. Delicious and fresh food at the restaurant. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Mumbai International. A Big shout out to Shanu, DM; Pravin, maintenance, Ajay & Dinesh Concierge & Manohar, housekeeping, Moi & team in f&b. Looking forward for our next stay.

The property is upgrading itself which gives it a better ambience. The valet service is good and Mr. Prashant does a commendable job. As usual the front staff are courteous and rooms spacious, special thanks to Mr. Babar for being extremely accommodating and cooperative. We must appreciate the Concierge Mr. Ajay for his keen sense of understanding guest exact needs. Two staff impressed are Mr. Hitesh and Mr. Sumit from Saptami, their ability to communicate is fabulous. The Lounge facility between 17.30 to 19.30 hrs are best time to unwind, the platter is tasty. Saptami has retained its tradition of offering excellent spread, special thanks to Chef Siddarth, Chef Balu and Mrs. Sunanda. A very special thanks to Mr. Arun of Saptami for taking special care to pack a snack box for the long trip we had, appreciate the concern to avoid eating other food during summer. Overall the experience was great.

Overall very good. Your staff is above 5 star. Very helpful ,pleasant and accommodating ! During my last stay I wasn't able to get the name of your duty manager, so made it a point to get it this time and to be able to acknowledge Omkar for the amazing help and accommodation given us! Though we had a few problems with our room it was immediately addressed and corrected to the best of their ability, thank you. I would like to suggest though a better sign for your hotel because getting an uber from there where that are always redirected to the back side even if I put Bar 72 as per the recommendation of your staff. The drivers still get lost. So I hope during my next stay I will see a better sign !!

From the moment we walked into the 72 bar the service was outstanding !zain greeted us with a warm smile and after that he happily offered recommendations based on our preferences. We felt like we were in expert hands the way he was serving us it was brilliant he went above and beyond to make the experience memorable and enjoyable He's knowledge , speed , and personality were all top .

Splendid time spent at Holiday Inn. Rooms are very well kept. Washrooms are clean.||F&B Manager Mr Shubham and his team Ameya , Grace , Prasad served us the best of cocktails and food with smiling faces.||The hospitality of Holiday Inn Staff is truely commendable ||All staff wether Reception or Pool or Housekeeping is doin an amazing job. Staff took good care of kids .||The breakfast spread has good delicious spread. Chef Siddharth took very good care of our dietary needs.||We would love to visit again to stay again.||The hotel has professional staff to take care of guests...

We stayed at this hotel during the last night of our trip to Mumbai, India. Our intention was just to use the hotel to complete our packing, walk around and leave at 1AM to catch our flight. We had only one full day left to visit a few more places around the hotel, but we decided to make use of the hotel amenities, which are excellent; a very nice top roof pool, a lounge with an amazing atmosphere and so on. Before check in, and to our very positive surprise, i started to receive personal emails from the duty managers asking me for my arrival time and for anything i wanted to know or needed prior or during the stay. Rajnish Pandey, Omkar Gaikwad, Abdulqadir were the duty managers who sent me emails offering help. Upon my arrival, i was impressed with the hotel interior and the good condition of the facilities; we were able to check in and got into our room before 12:00 PM, which really helped us to get settled down. Even better, we were granted access to the lounge and we had some food and drinks while we talked to the staff about our trip. The room was exceptional, and we ended up using the swimming pool, which offers an amazing atmosphere to relax after a long walk in the city. I stayed 8 nights in Mumbai, and i honestly regret not to stay at this hotel during the entire trip. It is well located, well connected to public transportation and its staff is very friendly and supportive. Great job dear duty managers!
