Has been a good experience overall. Service apartments are spacious and is well equipped. Has good breakfast spread and the staff is helpful and courteous. The other restaurants are good too. Amenities like sauna, jacuzzi and spa facilities help to unwind during the stay. Has a well equipped gym, and gym trainer Navnath has helped me improve my form and guided me with my routine. He gave me useful tips to achieve my fitness goals. Really appreciate his patience and effort.

I had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was exceptional throughout. A special thanks to Indra, Dhruv, Dipesh, and Drish for providing the best service during breakfast - their attentiveness and warmth made every morning a pleasure. The front office team was also incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, adding greatly to the overall experience. Thank you for a memorable stay!

This was our first visit to Grand Hyatt with family, and our expectations were naturally high -- especially in terms of comfort, service, ambience, and food quality. We had heard great things about Soma, the Indian restaurant at the property, and were eager to try it immediately after arrival.||||However, we were slightly disappointed to learn that only a set menu was available for lunch, as the a la carte menu is offered only during dinner service. Given the time, we opted for the set lunch -- two non-vegetarian and one vegetarian. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the hype and felt average at best. It failed to meet the expectations we had built around Soma.||||On a brighter note, the breakfast experience on both mornings was excellent. The buffet spread was extensive, varied across the two days, and each dish we tried was delicious. The service and ambience during breakfast were also top-notch.||||Room service was mostly good, with the exception of the Bombay sandwich, which didn't quite capture the authentic Mumbai street-style taste we were hoping for.||||The ambience and overall service throughout the hotel deserve full marks. However, there were some irritants -- the in-room TV and intercom were not functional, which slightly marred the overall comfort. That said, the bed, bathroom, and overall room amenities were very comfortable.||||In summary, our overall experience at Grand Hyatt was very good, with a few areas for improvement. With some refinements, particularly in the food and maintenance aspects, this could have been a truly exceptional stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. A special thank you to Rashi, the Assistant, who was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. She made everything smooth and easy. Great service and lovely experience overall!

Great Room, Well furnished with soft pillows n Nice beds for a great sleep.||Food was Awsome and tasty. Linen were spotless and rooms well designed .||Toiletries were good too. Club lounge was excellent.May be they can offer few more varieties in Spirits.||Sure to come back soon.

The positioning of this hotel in this part of Mumbai is at its best .||The hotel has some of the finest culinary choices of restaurants unlike any other hotels in this vicinity and known to showcase their f&b outlets with expat chefs unlike any other hotels ..| That's Grand Hyatt for you .||Staying at this luxurious hotel go in for your stay at their suites which are awesome on all counts ... Super spacious and comfortable .||The finer space to relax and stay connected with your work and invite your biz associates would be taken to their lovely comfortable Club Lounge and being an Elite member , you are treated very well and with care ... Get enrolled in their World of Hyatt loyalty program and so do not miss that , it's my personal suggestion .||Feel the comfort and safety once you have checked into this lovely property from Hyatt .||Spa and it's Fitness centre are very well set and you would not miss those days not to try them out . ||More so is the lovely dedicated team from its Expat General Manager and his team would take care of you very well during your stay .|My strong recommendation is to choose this lovely hotel in this part of Mumbai for your stay .

I really enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again. I've been in other high rated hotels in this area of Mumbai and they weren't as nice. My room was very clean, no stains. I felt very safe in the hotel it was quiet, and the staff were excellent. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious with many options. No complaints.
