Goldfinch Hotel

Hotel Goldfinch at MIDC Andheri is a fabulous place to stay. Right from the booking to the check in was seamless. I`d like to extend special appreciation to the Guest Relationship Officer, Ms Dipsikha. From the check in to the duration of my stay, she was an extra helping hand, ensuring timely follow-ups o housekeeping matters to coordinating from an early morning breakfast pack when I had an early morning train to catch. Her professionalism truly shine through.||Just a 2 min walk from the reception takes you to Banjara, a place for foodies. They have wide variety of food and the service is prompt and often times takes care of customer personal choices. ||I wholeheartedly recommend Goldfinch to anyone visiting Mumbai.

*1/5 - Disappointing Experience* My recent stay at this hotel was a letdown. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the hotel's condition was subpar. The rooms were unclean, and the overall ambiance was uninviting. What's more concerning is the hotel's approach to reviews. I was pressured to give a 5-star rating in exchange for a small incentive (Rs 100). This attempt to manipulate reviews is unacceptable and raises questions about the hotel's integrity. The food was truly excellent, and we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Raju Chatterjee, who took the time to explain everything in detail. Good staff; Variety in food, savoury foods were good. Could be better. Desserts were great ! Animesh was serving our table- hospitable and attentive service :) ||The presentation and decoration was impressive ! Beautiful Kolkata culture was represented well

Amazing food and service .. Animesh, Sachin & prasonjit were very helpful and courteous. We explored the essence of Bengal ... smashing starters, lovely desserts n some mouth licking main course items. Location is good, Valet service is there and some amazing live music and songs only add to the atmosphere.

Please be cautious! Many of the reviews here are fake or paid. They are offering people Rs. 120 in exchange for 5-star reviews. This can be very misleading, especially for first-time users. I know some might ignore this warning, but this is the reality. I'm attaching a screenshot as a small piece of evidence. Stay safe - especially to the ladies out there. Safe travels!
