Ginger Mumbai, Goregaon

Had a very pleasant short stay. Excellent service and they offered me complimentey stay at the hotel room which was surprising (never had any hotel offering a minute extra to stay or use the room, in case of delayed departure) a welcoming gesture by the hotel staff. Much appreciated. 5 stars for the hotel staff. Would love to visit again. Also 5 stars for the location. Thank you.

Very satisfying stay. Prompt service, any service that I required. It was taken care of within a minute every time. This normally does not happen and I really appreciate it. Housekeeping .efficient staff. Enjoyed the food. Housekeeping was great. The hygiene and cleanliness were really good.

Amazing rooms, service was good. The staff was cooperating very much, they also helped me with my heavy luggage and also they made my stay was comfortable and very well managed. The food was good here too. I would suggest this solo women traveller.

The hotel is near my destination, so that is a plus point. Receptionists Kavya and Aakansha are very supportive. The allotted room was very small in size, there was no cupboard, no space to keep our belongings. The claimed bed size was king size, but it is smaller than that; one cannot fall asleep. Food is average, needs to improve. The service staff is good.

The claimed bed size was king size, but it is smaller than that, one can fall in sleep The room service was not at all prompt, we gave up and stopped calling as there was no action- wifi was not getting connected, TV was not working, there was noise at 2am from floor above as if laundry is going on. Buffet staffs were friendly and helpful.

The charges of the room are like buying a small piece of gold but the room size was like entering a hole. My god it was so claustrophobic in the room. At a time 1 person can pass through the room. No proper place to keep the bag. No cupboard... Bed was too small. Not more then 1 day anyone can survive here. Would never recommend to stay here.. Food is also very over priced... Being in Mumbai, the chef made a horrible Mumbai Veg toast sandwich... Didn't have potato, no tomato, no green chutney, I don't know what did I have

Excellent Location and good customer support in the front desk by Akansha. Overall Great place to stay. The restaurant is also excellent in terms of value for money. Its location is ideal for people who have work in goregaon. The rooms are spacious and clean

Nice experience at Ginger Hotel. Highly recommended for stay. Rooms have enough space & great furniture too. Great attitude of staff specially Mr Amit at qmin. Food was also good. Highly recommended Naan & their special mix veg dish. Room service was also good.
