The hotel and staff are both excellent. The behavior of the staff is very calm and polite. They treat their customers with great care and guide them through everything without any confusion or hassle. I really appreciated that they were genuine and honest from the moment I arrived. As soon as I reached the entrance, I was warmly welcomed and invited to sit down, since I had traveled a long distance. They offered me a bottle of water, which was a thoughtful gesture. About five minutes later, a staff member came to collect my details and informed me that my room was ready. She politely asked for my ID cards and then personally guided me to the room. The food was quite impressive--delicious and varied. The hotel offers a wide range of meals, beverages, sweets, and snacks, all of which were included in my booking. Overall, my experience with the hotel and its staff was very positive. A special thanks to Miss Archita, who was exceptionally calm and polite. She handled the guests beautifully and made the entire process smooth and welcoming.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ginger for a one-night stopover, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. The room was compact yet thoughtfully designed, offering all the basic amenities such as a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, a desk, and a TV. The air conditioning worked well.

The maintenance at this hotel is absolutely terrible. The rooms are filthy, with thick layers of dust that have clearly been accumulating for months on cupboards and other surfaces. The floors and even the bed are covered in hair, making it clear that proper cleaning is completely neglected. Even if you specifically request the maintenance team to clean your room, you'll return to find the same mess--hair and dirt still scattered around.

I have stayed at Ginger twice now and the staff is great and really accommodating. The hotel food is good and The located in prime. The twin bedroom is large enough to host a guest or work from your room. The laundry service is also. efficient. My only recommendation would be to update few things around the hotel but all in all, would definitely recommend Ginger.

The hotel is good. The staff is also nice. Food can be improved upon. And the only disappointment is the charge we have to pay for empty crockery. None of the hotels does that. Overall a good hotel.
