Ginger Mumbai Airport

It is nice experience in Ginger hotel. I stayed here at Mubai for a week got good ambiance, clean & hygienic hotel. Services are really amazing & food quality is very good. I'd like to thanks specially Saqlain, Onil & Samiksha for hospitality during my stay. My room is always cleaned & they also attentive to provide best Services. I'd like to thanks the restaurant team. Chef Sneha, Miss Harine, Sagar & Zoya. Finally I appreciate your entire team as it is abundantly obvious your hotel is a hotel of choice. I will therfore recommend anyone to you always for your service.

Stayed for one night (March 1, 2025) during an official tour. The hotel is very close to the domestic airport, making it a convenient choice for transit travelers. While the rooms aren't too spacious, they are manageable and well-maintained. Dining Experience: - In-room dining was good, and the breakfast spread was impressive. - The live tea counter is a standout feature, offering freshly brewed ginger tea that truly lives up to the hotel's name. Cons: - No supermarkets or food joints within walking distance, so in-room dining or hotel restaurant are the only options. - Faced issues with dirty linens, similar to what others have pointed out, but the staff was quick to correct it when informed. Overall, a comfortable and clean stay with great food. A few improvements in housekeeping would make it even better!

I stayed here for 1 night. Overall, we had no problems. The staff provided us with good service. The hotel has a good security system. As for cleanliness, the bathroom pipe system is not good. It flows back and is not clean. The breakfast menu does not have many options compared to the price of the hotel. The decoration in the hotel I think is modern. There are many sofas inside while waiting for check-in and check-out. Distance from hotel to airport ~ 20 minutes

For this price point (5.5k INR) it was one of the best choices near Mumbai Airport. The room services were available till 4 AM, so late night arrival is not a challenge. The options available for breakfast were also very diverse and tasty. The staffs were very helpful. Except the delay in the check in process, rest were all up to the mark.

Great location but the interior designer did a bad job with the rooms. Rooms are tight but bad use of the interiors. It's hard to open close and open bathroom doors. The windows are noise friendly so you'll hear traffic noise. Lobby and hangout in the ground floor is cool. None of the rooms have a good view so it's basically just for sleeping and surviving. I saw a blood stain on the sheets, after complaining they changed it immediately. Asked help with Internet and didn't get it on time. Toiletries and pantry in the room is well equipped. Overall and average experience. Just that the location is great.

I had a wonderful stay at Ginger Hotel, and I'd like to especially appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff. Mr. Saqlain and Miss Anjali were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and made sure all our needs were met with a smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. A special mention to Mr. Onil as well -- his discipline and attention to detail in room cleaning were commendable. The room was always spotless and perfectly arranged, adding to the comfort of our stay.

Very good and comfortable stay . Im her for 5 nights overall room experience is too good . Housekeeper mr datta , mahesh and kishor were good in there services. Thanks to mr sacklin for his service .
