4 day stay at Bungalow no 2: Room is okay, no lift 15+ steps to reach Room Bathroom is a nuisance - Platform under washbasin - stand on it and you can't see your face in the mirror No Water bottle for the day Only one item in breakfast either Poha or toast, you cannot take both. If you do pay for it. Toilet seat pipe is shorter to use. Only plus is location - near market, near WE highway. All feedback was given on day 1 but the supervisor refused to do anything. Stay at your own risk. Not worth the money - Max Ra 1500 per night

Extremely untidy, does not look the same as shown in photos, full of cockroaches and dirty plates and utensils Very very unhygienic Lots of hair all around Sofa super used and unclean with all dirt stuck in corner Bedsheet mattress bed all third class I will never recommend this place to anyone We had a good 3 day stay booked but unfortunately it's going to be extremely difficult for us to survive

Rooms were exactly as expected. The service was excellent "Surya" our caretaker was very kind and helpful at all times. My family of 6 enjoyed our stay and excellent hospitality from our caretaker Surya

I had a terrible experience. First, the room options they listed on Goibibo were all identical, so there was no point in choosing different room types. Secondly, the booking was poorly managed. I stayed for five nights, and each day they asked me to move due to confusion on their part regarding the booking. I ended up staying at three different locations, and the management was indifferent to the situation.

Suryakant was our caretaker and he was super cordial and make excellent food and breakfast. The guy made our stay easier The property overall was really nice. It was a good experience

Horrible staff. Extremely rude and unprofessional. They really need to be trained well before keeping them in customer facing roles. I hope the management takes this in to consideration. I'm glad I didn't proceed further for booking considering this attitude at the very beginning stage.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THESE FRAUDSTERS! ALL THEIR GOOD REVIEWS ARE AS FAKE AS THEIR TRUSTWORTHINESS AND PROMISE OF GOOD "CUSTOMER SERVICE". PROBABLY PAID PEOPLE TO GET REVIEWS OR CREATED MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS THEMSELVES. Absolutely atrocious experience! Firstly, they have the audacity to refuse showing the property when I'm standing right outside, claiming some absurd rule. Then, after booking in advance and making payment, they conveniently "forget" our reservation and hand it over to another group who booked A DAY AFTER WE DID. No notification, just sheer incompetence. And when confronted, they have the nerve to offer a substandard alternative, insisting we settle for it or lose our money. AFTER THEMSELVES CANCELLING OUR BOOKING WITHOUT NOTICE, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND OUR ADVANCE PAYMENT. Only after a stern email threat did they begrudgingly agree to return what was rightfully ours. Their so-called "terms and conditions" conveniently omit any accountability for their actions. Their so called chhapri owner, Saurabh behaves more like an illiterate than a professional, yet has the gall to boast about their service while rectifying their own mistakes. Don't waste your time or money on this establishment. Their shady practices and lack of integrity speak volumes. And spare me the excuse of "competitors leaving bad reviews" - your incompetence speaks for itself.
