This service apartment was just what I needed as a solo traveler. It was clean, comfy, and the staff treated me so well. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone traveling alone!

I loved staying here! The meals were fresh, tasty, and customized to my preferences. The service was exceptional, with the staff always going above and beyond to make me feel at home.

Apartments are great, clean and well maintained. Serving staff are very friendly and co-operative. They prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner with good taste with good price. View from Ambrosia to good... you can see almost city from there. Its not too expensive, Its quite affordable rates for individuals or family. You will get all city connectivity from here. Best place to live. Must try place. Thanks to Gagal Team for such a great service and amazing experience!

While Make My Trip confirmed the booking that we made, the owner just said that there is no availability here and asked us to come to his other service apartment in Kandivali. He did not care about the discomfort he is putting us to. The whole purpose of choosing the location was to stay close to Sanjay Gandhi National Park. With no other option, we just went to his service apartment in kandivali and he gave us one apartment which is used by his workers. My kid was extremely unhappy and the whole episode was nothing but a giant fiasco. On top of all this, the owner said that we should have confirmed with him a day before coming so that he could have let us known that the Borivali apartment is filled. I dont understand what is the purpose of make my trip confimation that I got 10 days earlier to stay. #MakeMyTrip mistakes.

1. Property is really very unhygienic 2. Toilets are not clean and not hygiene the terrible part of the room 3. Complimentary Breakfast written everywhere - caretaker don't even bother to ask 4. Complimentary High Speed Wifi - WIFI and TV was not working 5. No water was served 6. Location of the property is not good. Being a busy road near borivali station there is no parking for cab. Property located in the middle of highway and railway station 7. If you are having huge luggage need to be careful Please don't ever ignore the negative feedback before booking this property. I think 3.8 star not worth atll

First the good points, though they are few; the rooms are well maintained with a little offbeat decor at times. Basic servicing like linen, cleanliness and washing, ironing is also provided. The WiFi didn't work and the staff on duty who are not trained at all apart from cooking and cleaning, couldn't help. So now coming to the not so good part, the estate managers are often not reachable and worst still the attendants who are by the way young guys will sometimes vanish. This may also mean if you are coming late or before time then you may have to wait for hours before they turn up. The houses are Apartments in residential buildings so the security often stops you and while check-in you won't even get any help from the staff. The food is decent and cooked fresh. It is a tradeoff and I will never recommend single female travellers or families untill you are ok to put up with this on your vacation.

The apartment is perfect for family or friends.its clean and we'll maintained.the caretaker is polite.the complex is also superior. Altogether homely experience. Would recommend to all.

Unprofessional people, Rude staff & they'll ditch your booking midway if they get a bigger (longer duration) booking even during your stay. Absolutely risky & not trustworthy.
