Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

My wife and I visited Mumbai and stayed at the Four Seasons. We had the BEST time. The staff are professional, kind and attentive. The hotel is spectacular. We've already decided we would be staying at the Four Seasons Mumbai for any future trips to Mumbai. ||The breakfast buffet has everything you could ever want. Aer is a great spot to have an evening out. The pillows are some of the comfiest pillows we slept on (contemplating purchasing the four season pillows for home!)||The staff are amazing! We had such a great experience with everyone we encountered throughout our stay. Shoutout to the concierge team who helped us with literally everything! They assisted with dinner recommendations, places to shop and also were able to help me get a SIM card and a carry-on delivered to the hotel! Special shoutout to Sonali who made our stay SO, SO special! ||I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Overall a great experience and would highly recommend them. Their asset is their amazing warm staff from everyone at the front desk to breakfast staff, chefs, in-room dining staff etc. ||We stayed for around 10 nights and I never encountered a single staff member that was not smiling or helpful.||Loved how quiet it is and lets us get away from the craziness of bigger hotels like St Regis or JW. Location is great and with sealink, connectivity to all of mumbai and airport is pretty fast. We had to go to Juhu side multiple times and sealink made the commute a breeze. Rooms are nice and modern. Housekeeping was great as well. |Deducting 1 star because of the chaos we experienced when they had DJ event and for my spa experience. Have shared that feedback with multiple managers so no point rehashing it here but hope they get their events team to better plan for future and the spa team better trained on massaging technique and managers at spa on customer service. |Our first time staying here and we will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect. Welcoming and caring staff, all kind of comforts and assistance. Amazing food, the best veg menu I had in Mumbai and finally Europeans wine list (not easy to find in Mumbai). Corporate hotel for business trips but also to enjoy for holiday

Probably one of the best hotels I've seen anywhere in the world. |The quality of the service, staff is second to none. The room are beautiful, the food was outstanding. Classy, caring. Fantastic roof top bar |This hotel is perfect for westerners , probably more business than tourist.

Four a 5 star and four seasons abit underwhelming. Rooms are pretty small, bathroom looks out dated, and reception area is very small. Breakfast buffet area also looks like a 3 star hotel, however the ground floor Breakfast is nice. Overall would not stay here again as very over priced for the quality of the hotel. Would rather stay in fairmont near the airport. However roof top bar is the only plus.

It was such a wonderful stay. The staff made my stay so special. I was spending my birthday alone and my children worked with the staff for some special treats. Throughout the day, it seemed like everyone went out of their way to acknowledge the birthday to make me feel at home. They even brought me a giant bouquet of flowers at a special table to watch the sunset. Incredible customer service.

Great high rise modern sea facing property, close to phoenix mall. High quality service , premium food , warm people . I would like to thank chef Abhishek and gym trainer Mandar for their excellent guest centric approach. Bombay sandwich from the breakfast was amazing , also the best ABC juice I have had . Thanks FS Mumbai .

This hotel is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in in terms of customer service, the staff couldn't do enough for us from the minute you are met at the airport to the minute you are dropped back off, the rooms were absolutely stunning with free snacks, cakes, chocolates and little treats everyday. The breakfast is out of this world with choice, service etc. Jeremy went above and beyond looking after us all especially Luke our 3 year old grandson. I was ill one day and they gave me medication and asked if I need a doctor it made me feel really safe. On our return we were upgraded to a suite by Aayush who put my favourite Lillie's in the room a chocolate tart., plus our luggage that they'd been storing for us was ready and waiting. Upon check out we were given gifts. I honestly have never received such treatment anywhere in the world, the staff are so dedicated and although I only mentioned two names everybody including the drivers were amazing, we had a train to catch at 4am and they took us to the platform and made sure we got on Safely just incredible
