A big thank-you to Jinal Tandel for the amazing service and hospitality. She went out of her way to make our stay a comfortable one. Our room was decorated for my husbands birthday and he kids had a wonderful time making mocktails at the lounge. Such small gestures but one's we will be grateful for. Thanks to Jonathan Soerio as well as all the lounge staff for amazing hospitality. We will definitely be back.

Booking online was super easy. Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted us warmly, and Ms. Aparna escorted us to our room. Since my wife has mobility issues, she kindly upgraded our room to one closer to the lift, ensuring easy access. Our checked-in luggage was bought by great staff didn't had to wait in the lobby for checked in or luggage During dinner, Chef Richard Saldana personally greeted us and went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's gluten-free requirements, even preparing a special dish for dinner and breakfast the next day. The room was fantastic, with a stunning view of the airport runway. Overall, our stay was exceptional, thanks to the staff's attentiveness and care.

Had been there for the Bombay times Fashion week. The show was electric with great vibes. The place needs a lot of touching up as it's new and has many small snags from the interior decor point if view, which can be noticed by people having an eye for quality. Food was good. Exit with cars needs a lot of improvement as its a tedious amount of time spent on getting your car out on the airport side.

The most elegant and luxurious Hotel near Mumbai International Airport . Liked the entrance and lobby with the theme of Mumbai Hanging gardens. We were there for concierge day celebration and entire hotel team gave us mesmerizing experience. |Most prominent place is the Spa and wellness center . Spa is equipped with all latest equipment's as well as infusions like cryotherapy , O2 chambers and Vacuum treatments.
