FabHotel West inn - Hotel in Andheri East, Mumbai

Really Not happy with the stay. The photos and reality is totally different. Went with my aged parents, but no lift available. Photo looks like a proper hotel but in reality it was apartment. So much mosquitos and insects. Admin person was polite but what can he do when management can't provide anything. Will not suggest to anyone.

The rooms are spacious but the rift between hotel and fabhotels is irritating. I booked with breakfast and when in the morning I asked for tye breakfast the manager said they will not serve breakfast and when I showed them the booking they started to call fabhotel as fraud and instructed me to call them. For 100 rs they both faught over phone and get to wait me over phone for 15 minutes. But still the matter was not resolved and I told them it is too much for 100 rs. Fabhotels take notice - if you don't care about negative feedback of the customer and could not resolve it please either don't tie up with these hotels or don't punish the loyal customers like me for 100 rs. Due to this 100 rs breakfast and your utter disrespect of your loyal guest, I will be staying away from Fabhotels from now on. Take notice of this and it will help your brand as you must know 1 negative remark will impact I'm much more customers think twice about choosing Fabhotels then 100 rs you saved by going into debate with the your own hotel collaboration itself.

Worst ever experience. Never been in a more disgusting hotel rooms ever. It always smells like cigarettes and is dirty with cockroaches all around. All taps are rusted and ceilings are damaged. Never to be recommended to anyone. I have requested for a refund from Fab hotels and i should receive it.

Room needs to be pest controlled. Bed bugs & cockroaches in the room. Luckily they changed my room. But still they were cockroaches. Rest everything was fine.

The rooms was average but the service was very poor. No house keeping, No towel for shower, Even they don't given room key when I check in

Very bad experience, poor ambience and location. Mosquitoes and coakroaches. Hotel claims restaurant but in actual there is no restaurant.

Staff was polite, helpful and cooperative. But rooms are full of cockroaches and mosquitos. Please do the needful.

Rooms have cockroaches and mosquitoes. Other than that excellent place for 1 night stay near airport which is 10 mins away.
