Dirty room and even the washroom was not clean. The bed was also having dirt stains. Not in any way similar to the photos they display on Google.

There was continuous follow up for payment (multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, normal messages & phone calls). There should be some limit to the follow up. There should be some timeline for the payment. If the payment is not made by that time, the property can cancel the booking. This kind of repeated follow up is not acceptable for me
