FabHotel Peralz by FabHotel Borivali West

Location is not very great, narrow road. We travelled by car, parking is an issue. While booking, they promised dedicated parking, after reaching had to park on open road though they have camera coverage. Cleanliness was okayish, there is a scope to be better. Staff are polite and helpful. Not too much restaurants in walking distance. There is dirt in room as well, washroom can be cleaned better. Not value for money, will avoid next time.

Why do they call it Hotel ? This is nothing but high sophisticated "Kholi". All rooms are like Anda Cell. No ventilation, no window. I stayed for 2 nights, but had always a fear, what if there is Fire in the hotel ? Passages are very narrow. They must have bribed to authorities for the Hotel Certification. No value for money. They don't have own restaurant. They serve bought-out food in the room. I never eat inside the room

Fabhotel peralz and hotel peralz on the map are different hotels but in reality it's the same . So don't get confuse see hotel peralz in the map
