EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! I'm still fuming after my horrific experience at this hotel. The room was FILTHY, with blatant disregard for cleanliness. But what's even more appalling is the RUDENESS of the staff. They seemed completely unbothered by our concerns. To add insult to injury, we requested a refund a mere 10 MINUTES after checking in, and were flat-out REFUSED. Unbelievable.We left the hotel in 10 minutes after check in and they kept our money...WHAT A SHAME *THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORTH EVEN FOR A SINGLE STAR* The utter lack of customer care, cleanliness, and basic human decency makes this hotel a COMPLETE DISASTER. Don't waste your time or money.

Extremely disappointing stay. The rooms were poorly maintained and infested with insects, making it very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no running water throughout the night, and the service was unresponsive and unhelpful.

Worst worst place, staff is even worse. Starting with the locality, it doesn't situate in a good area at all. Staff is highly disappointing, very rude and not hospitable at all. If there is no room available in whole mumbai only then consider to stay here. Otherwise please book any other hotel. I request the owner to change the staff asap.

Never book this hotel, they are cheater, they openly giving threat to me. I booked 2 rooms and when i reach the hotel, they are saying they don't have rooms available. And providing only 1 room to accommodate all.

The room is full of mosquito and the window is broken, bedsheet is dirty, towel given was used and dirty asked to change the towel and then they wer telling me accidently they gave me bigger room and they shifted me to a smaller one saying that i have paid less online on app...

Please do not go in this hotel, very dirty and scary to stay. Very very bad experience

Absolutely unprofessional staff,when we complained about the issues they retaliated by the statement "why did you choose this hotel, it is not our fault". The hotel rooms were dingy, dirty and looked nothing like what was shown in the pictures online while booking. The room key wasn't working, the room linens were torn and unclean. Bathrooms taps leaking and water in the taps came out in negligible amount, room service had to be called multiple times before they actually show up with your request. If you call yourself a three star hotel and have the audacity to charge a good amount of hotel fare then please have the decency to provide drinking water at the least. Complete and absolute scam in the name of hotel.

Hotel was poorly maintained, at first look it will look manageable but once you start living, it appeared to be filthy. Bedsheets stains you can figure out why the room would have been used for. Commode cover tied with metal wire, there was a little place to take bath between commode and was basin. Sink backside there were tissue papers laying, smoking smell was coming. Despite booking online in advance, they gave worst possible room. Also, not sure if anyone from hotel mgmt. team reads the review, as I have read most of the review mentioning about worst experience, poor condition of commode but no action was taken. I didn't read google review earlier else wouldn't have booked it. One more thing they charge for single water bottle also.
