Worst experience ever the picture's of the rooms shown in the Google are fake. The rooms where small and very congested. It is a cheap guest house not worth of the price they quote. Please visit the property before booking. They don't even provide chair in your room as there is no space. You have to eat your breakfast while seating onto your bed. The only positive point is its location for the people who have some work in the vicinity of Malad.

Well managed set of properties. The manager, Shivajeet, is a very kind and helpful guy. They have a caretaker and a cook at each property. The caretakers are very cooperative people as well. The rooms are well maintained and offer the basic amenities (hot water, ac, towels). They have multiple properties and only 1 is listed on Google. Would recommend booking with them directly rather than online so that you know which property you're getting.

Our stay in this place was highly unsatisfactory. Right from the beginning, both the Manager and Caretaker exhibited arrogance and rudeness, demonstrating a lack of basic manners in their behavior and speech. The premises were unhygienic, with dimly lit rooms and unkempt toilets, lacking fresh linens, and the breakfast provided was unappetizing. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations, and we cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone.

Sometimes people makes difference and the same is here the one man army - Mr Amar is the real champ to give great experience to all the customer. Good quality delicious food prepared as home style which is like cherry on the cake. Good to stay and enjoy

What a homestay!!! This is the best room stay hotel ever seen...superb room super service everything is so good ... The only thing I felt sad is bed because it's small for family members..if king size means this is .. by the way I give u 5

The rooms are good. The in house food was also good. The room service has lot of scope for improvement. On a couple of times (specially mornings), there was no water in the bathroom and no action was taken in spite of multiple complaints. This caused a lot of inconvenience during our stay.
