It's a decent hotel - for the charges they are taking... Now if someone will say ke ye nai tha.. woh nai tha ... so plz go to five star . It's a basic good hotel ... for basic stay... worth the amount u pay... don't go by photo it's not real. Has AC Has hot water Has room service Yes they can keep some kettle etc for hot water in room... but many hotel doesn't have it... So over all a good place before u head to matheran...

It was a very good experience staying in this hotel.I would love to live in it. Tasty foods,not very good but fine service and Comfortable rooms. Plus clean bathrooms

Washroom very very small and inconvenient. They are charging 50 Rs for one Papad. No Toiletries in Washroom. It's newly built property. Main problem is that there is No Elevators and the hotel is having 3 floors. Only the Location is very good with private parking. Food Butter roti was very good and really tasty.

i paid 1600 per night for the stay. waited for like one and half hour to check-in (in turn we checked out an hour late) view from the balcony was quite nice. bedsheets, pillows, cupboard wasn't clean enough. washroom was in bad condition with basin tap and toilet seat broken. restaurant's response rate is average but reception's response rate is horrible. we literally didn't get the clean glasses for 3-4 hours. so on the second day of our stay, i went downstairs myself to get the glasses. food tastes good, and worth waiting for 15-20 minutes. (little more in some cases) however, restaurant closes at 12 in the night and there is literally no place around to get food from. (good luck sleeping hungry like i did) last but not the least, we booked this place looking at the complementary breakfast but we still had to pay 600 at the time of check-out, because hotel only charges for accomodation. (did asked reception guy to remove breakfast from the list of benefits from agoda) staff at this place can talk little more politely. i felt like i am asking for things free of cost from them.

Very reasonable rates... Rooms are good not the best but you can stay here comfortably.. In night they are showing match on projector at the garden... This is the best facility provided by hotel management... In Room you will get the free internet but on TV you can access You Tube only on hotels WIFI.. Food Quality is also good... Chicken dam biryani is awesome ehi I had tested here..

The hotel is located near the shops below Matheran Ghat, so if you do not want to stay at the Hill top hotels, this is a good hotel. But the rooms are not so clean, they also serve bar so the place is crawling with people from nearby to get drink especially at night. Overall service is good enough for a stay of a day or two.
